Rooms are tiny, cupboard space is lacking. Rooms can do with some better upkeep although loose bathroom finishing were rectified upon request which is great.

For those looking to rest midday or on the weekend, this hotel is on a very noisy street with Times Square-like performers and bag knockoff hawkers. The surrounding restaurants are aimed at clueless tourists. It really felt like staying in Times Square, a place I actively avoid as a New Yorker. My bad for not doing enough research on the area, but I hadn't encountered this side of Lisbon during previous stays. I recommend staying a few blocks away from this particular cross street. Nothing the hotel can do except further soundproof or work with the city to move the performers to the boardwalk area. The room and bathroom were also extremely tiny and difficult to move around in.

The location was perfect, right in the center of all the food stores and shopping and 5 min walk to the pier. They gave us complimentary pastelitos de nata which I enjoyed. The room was spacious, came with bathrobes, and the TV had English channels. The main entrance locks at night time so you need a key to enter the premises which made us feel safe. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

The shower was big and open. However, the water would collect on the bottom and if you open the door to go out and grab something and come back inside and close the door again, it would push all the water outside the shower. Even if you close it slowly.

brilliant location, very central and walking distance to key sights. very friendly staff. quiet air-con and quiet from the streets. Lovely little touches to celebrate our anniversary left in the room.

we had a lovely hotel stay in this hotel everything was close to the hotel city centre Santa justa lift metro line shops with shopping centres I will recommend to have This hotel as your stay in Lisbon also the staff was so friendly from the reception it was rafael and from the restaurant side it was Ruben and I will give 10 out of 10 for this hotel. as it was a perfect get away for us

it was old, many things were broken (lights in the bathroom, shelf in the shower, etc.). The shower door does not function well, so the water leaks put of the shower box and makes a pool of water in the bathroom.

Great location, nice Ritual toiletries, most staff were nice and helpful.

The room is tiny. It’s not the hotel’s fault as it clearly says 9 square meters, but I just wasn’t expecting the room to be that small given the price. One staff was beyond useless at booking the taxi.

Right in the Centre of town. The staff explained that the triple glazing was very special and it was. Very very quiet in the room. They charged €10 for a fantastic breakfast. The property is very well kept, in immaculate condition. The staff were really well trained and very very helpful.
