I acquired for our four adult children during this past Thanksgiving Holiday. The unit was just as their review stated. Clean and great location. Kelli was very responsive when I could not open the front door (as I’m a technology ditz). I would rent their unit again when the need arises. Well furnished too.

I needed a home away from home and I was thrilled with the condo. It was truly like walking into our home everything we could possible need was available in the home, from all kitchen appliances and utensils to the beach gear. The home was a short walk or drive to Vanderbilt Beach and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops. I had a wonderful time here with my grandkids and highly recommend this home for friends and families. The hosts were accommodating. Always available.

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The condo and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The location was great within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. Just a few minutes away from a variety of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend it for your Naples stay!

Great stay in this well appointed condo. Well maintained and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. There were red tide issues at the beach so missed out on beach time but still a great stay.

It was a wonderful experience. Owners were very responsive. Answered questions prior, during and after. For the most part, the unit was stocked with essentials. We walked to the beach daily as well and morning walks (many directions to go).Beds were comfortable for us and our guests. There's a monitor with internet which was very convenient and TVs in each room. The only feedback would be for the Association to provide more comfortable lounging. Often, visitors were w/o. Note: have to use your personal bathroom if the need arises so just be prepared :). The other pool is for the other bldg and off limits. Perfect location and would definitely stay again.

DISAPPOINTED
I was very disappointed in the condo. The pot and pans didn't get washed they still had food on them from the previous guests. The bedroom with the queen bed they didn't change the sheets before our stay. That bed had sand between the sheet and the comforter. The carpet in front of the couch was dirty. We also lost power. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. I was told by the owner that if I would have let her know about the issues with bedding, etc that she would have sent my cleaner over to take care of it immediately. I don't know about anyone else but I don't even like hotel staff to be the room that I am staying in.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Accommodations

Late Fall Getaway
This is our 3rd time staying at Kelli and Rick's wonderful Naples rental. We walked to the beach every day and took advantage of all the great local stores. We have stayed at several places in Naples and this is by far the best value.

Great Time
This was the second time we have stayed here and we had another great time. This is a very comfortable unit in a very convenient location. It is a very easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of shopping nearby. We have stayed in several N. Naples rentals and this is by far the best value.

Clean and Modern Condo with All the Amenities
We were impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The walk to the beach is pleasant, it took us closer to 25 minutes with kids, rather than the 15 minutes mentioned by others. The beach cart and chairs were SO NICE that we received compliments from others at the beach. We also appreciated the availability of the computer/printer for planning and researching where to go and what to each today. There were a few issues with getting the TVs to work properly but the hosts quickly assisted with resolving the issue. Great property!

Outstanding, roomy and clean condo with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Kelli was great host with all the communications and even made sure we had a couple bikes to utilize during our stay. Beautiful beach close enough for active adults to walk to which we did a few times during our two week stay. Highly recommend this condo.

Everything from the wifi, multiple TV's and the kitchen was top notch. Due to Covid we stayed in and cooked most evenings and for that the place was ideal. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach which is a pleasant stroll, but may be tougher for families with little ones. There is covered parking and a swimming pool which also allows for a relaxing dip without going to the beach. We did miss not having a view of the ocean, but the condo itself made up for that. The location is also wonderful, being close to restaurants, groceries, shopping and the Delanor Wiggins state park.

Naples Vacation
We found this to be a great value for this area. The apartment easily accommodated our group of 6. The apartment is attractive and well-equipped. It is 15-minute walk to the beach with plenty of shopping options within short driving distance. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a garden-apartment style building but fortunately there is an elevator. The owner was very responsive to some minor issues that arose.

Wonderful property with close proximity to the beach!
My family and I LOVED this property. Everything was absolutely amazing. Upon our initial check-in, the condo was superbly clean. The overall location of the property/neighborhood was great. A nice little quite neighborhood with everything you need close by such as shopping as well as the various beaches you can bike too with the bikes provided by the owner. The owner replied to me right away regarding any questions we had. We had a great time, very upset we had to leave.

More than met our expectations!
From them moment we arrived we were delighted with our accommodations. The condo was sparkling clean, the linens were crisp and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the beech chairs looked brand new. Everything was there to make our stay cozy and comfortable. We loved the location, it has great accessibility to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Kelli and Rick certainly deserve there super host status!

Hidden Jewel
Everything about the property is just as advertised and more. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to high end shopping and restaurants. It is extremely well kept inside and out. The pool area is very attractive and steps from your front door. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home . The screened in balcony is wonderful for early morning coffee and afternoon conversation or games. Kelli was very easy to work with. Loved our stay at ‘Our Naples Getaway.’

Everything you need for comfort and relaxation is right here in this condominium. Very clean and just a short drive to the beach. We love everything about it. My two kids loved staying here besides going to the beach!. Truly a perfect vacation!

We could not have asked for a more perfect rental unit. Just exactly as depicted in the description on VRBO. Absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. Beds, linens and pillows were so comfortable and so unlike any other rental we have ever experienced.

It was close to beach (10 min. walk or 2 min. drive), but in a quiete neighbourhood. Updated furniture, bath and kitchen. A lot of thing for the beach like a cooler, chairs and beach umbrella. We loved to stay there.

Had a great stay at Vanderbilt Villas
Kelli and Rick were attentive, gracious hosts. Their condo is exactly as it is pictured on VRBO and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including everything for the kitchen, wifi, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, fluffy towels, comfy beds, large washer/dryer. The lanai gets a nice breeze. Location is terrific - just about a 15-minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach and a short car ride to all the stores. Kelli and Rick introduced us to The Lagoon restaurant at about 104th Avenue. They have great fresh fish which they will cook by the method of your choice. We definitely recommend staying in Kelli and Rick's Naples Getaway.

As they say... Location, Location, Location!
We stayed for four months in early 2018. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the condo looked even better than in the pictures. Everything was new and impeccable.
Any minor issues we experienced Kelli and Rick were quick to resolve and in general were very responsive to our questions.
The location is amazing and we got a seasonal pass to Wiggins Pass, which was our go-to beach.
We had a great time and truly made the condo a home for the four months we were here. It was a great experience for us and especially our children. Florida and particularly 519 Roma will have a special place in our memories!
I would highly recommend both the unit and Kelli/Rick.
