Great staff. Very close to the station. The rooms are quite nice albeit a tad small. Big plus for washing machines.

Colazioni strepitose e personale che serviva splendido, complimenti a tutti. Buona posizione. Camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Molti set cortesia per ospiti, ciabatte, accappatoi. Ben collegato con la metro.

Non parlano inglese.

Nice cozy hotel. Comfortable and very clean. Liked the hot chocolate at the drinks counter. Walking distance to the subway. Many shops are nearby for food and amenities.

This was my favourite hotel in Japan. The room was cleverly designed with nice small touches - including having a sliding door to separate the entry and bathroom from the bedroom. A comfortable bed and good hairdryer. No problems with access to do laundry and we were able to watch the laundry status on the TV ( note don't put in too many clothes or they will take a long time to dry!). We were initially put off by the hotel not being on the JR Yamanote line but the subway system is so good you can go anywhere quite easily. You can also get the 24 or 48 hour subway card. There is a supermarket and a few convenience stores a short walk away. There is also a cute alleyway with bars but we did not get a chance to visit them.
