It is advertised that it’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s farther esp if you have a family. It’s in the front so you have to walk by both pools and entire property before reaching beach access. It’s off the beaten path for sure. You do not get towel service, but do if you rent straight through the complex. They were very kind. The owner was not. Boogie Boards were supposed to be there. No prob to not supply them. Just don’t advertise it. They came Wed. 3 days after we arrived. The master sheets were dirty & housekeeping did come the next day to change them. There was confusion about the sheets for the pull out bed& I’ve never been talked to like that in my life by a VRBO renter. It was awful! We didn’t text her after that bc we felt so uncomfortable. We basically just utilized everything we had in order not to touch anything of hers. The Complex THE TIKI takes head to dogs under 25 pds, service animals specifically, but the owner does not. With documentation. Beware & ready for extra fees! This was not enjoyable. If we hadn’t already paid for it this we would’ve def left. You live and learn. This may help other couples that see the advertisements. Very small unit with only one accessible closet in hall. Decorated cute. Would stay at complex a lot closer to the water maybe. And not here. Plus the music is super loud at night. It’s just not forthcoming, the attitude for what you pay was appalling. The island didn’t disappoint and we made the best of it.

We enjoyed our South Padre weekend at Irma’s condo. It was clean, with beautiful finishes and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be planning another trip here!

I was impressed by the community overall; everyone we met was friendly, as were our hosts and managers. Pretty easy and seamless, even for an old-timer like me. The people were genuinely friendly and trustworthy. I liked the "small-town, tight-knit" community feel. Beach was nice and clean and the Gulf was awesome. Go. See.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very beachy and very comfortable. Great access to the pool and the beach.

This property is very nice with a nice coastal decor. A short walk to the beach. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning.

I did not think it was going to be part of a large condo complex. Part my fault for not researching the property better but also the description made it sound like it was part of a smaller group of vrbos. The place was very clean and cute on the upside. Some things I did not care for were small, but mattered to me staying 5 nights : -not many hooks to hang towels or clothes. Her personal closet in the bedroom is locked so you are not able to hang your clothes?! There is another closet, however that is where the wagon and outdoor things are stored. Plenty of drawers to make up for it. -Washer and drier are community and you have to pay for them. - I thought we would be closer to the beach, you have to walk a distance with the wagon which wasn’t a huge deal. However the description made it seem more accessible. Also you have to punch in a code to get into the gate that leads to the beach (I thought was over kill, but that is my opinion) If you want privacy this is a pretty good spot to be. Few minor details I would have appreciated, however overall nice place.

We enjoyed the fact that we were a bit secluded, it was quiet. Beach was nice and we enjoyed the few excursions we went on. We plan to return.

Owner is kind and provided quick and easy instructions to location. Really cute condo decor with a comfortable bed.

Small but very clean. Not on the beach but within walking distance. A bit down the island away from the hustle and bustle which for me was a good thing. No dishwasher. Would stay here again.

This is a great little beach house right by the water. Seconds to the water and next to a few different eating/drinking options with no driving required. Highly recommended

Loved this beach condo. It is located at front of the complex which makes it further from the ocean. We knew this from the beginning so it met our needs. Great patio for morning coffee and tea. The condo has been totally updated and is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful with well updated appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and even little beach toys! My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved this small but sweet condo with a small living room / kitchen, bedroom, and bath. The grounds have two pools and we were only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The place is equipped with beach umbrella & chairs, and a wagon to tote your stuff down to the water. We highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved your condo so much! It was the perfect size for my myself, my spouse, and our small little dog. Everything was immaculate and there was so much attention to detail on things you may need in the kitchen (condiment packets, Tupperware, etc.) It was also so nice to just walk out off the porch and the beach was very close. We look forward to staying again in the future ❤️

Very quint place to stay with family. Very clean. The only complaint I had was every night at 9:15 fireworks are shot off at the Marriott courtyard. So that wasn't even the owners fault. Other than that I would visit again

Well maintained community. Condo was well appointed and clean. Location was great for us with a couple bar and grill options within walking distance and accessible from the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Public beach access along the side of the community if you want to drive up and unload your setup for a shorter walk. Loved it!
