House was very clean and the whole process was very easy and hassle free. Julie was very quick to respond to any messages but overall we were extremely happy with the place!

The host is very nice and checked in via text before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is excellent, nicely updated with lots of room, a vaulted ceiling living room, and larger kitchen with plenty of counter space and seats. The fireplace, outdoor decks, and rooftop deck were also very nice. This VRBO listing feels like a nice home away from home. I highly recommend the condo and the host.

This property made me feel so relaxed the moment I arrived. I can't even pinpoint what it was just the feel and comforts of home. My husband and I just need to get away and relax and this was the perfect fit, close to the beach where we took walks, close to the boardwalk where we enjoyed the halloween parade, and close to the restaurants to get out to eat. We only drove once and that was just to explore the sights. We already booked our next stay! :)

My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful week staying at this very well-appointed home close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks! This is now our go-to place to stay when we are in OCNJ!

The home was in tip top condition in regards to quality of furnishings and cleanliness. The location was PERFECT with a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops on Asbury.
Julie went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience for my family. I'm so grateful and recommend Sunrest to anyone. 10 out of 10 experience and it was so fresh and clean you wouldnt know it was pet friendly. Amazing!

Julie’s home was the perfect spot for a mother-daughters weekend at the Shore. The main living area was spacious, comfy and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen had every little tool you might need to cook a meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were not cramped at all.
It was so convenient to walk to the beach/boardwalk from here. A super short walk lands you right at one of the entrances onto the sand. Julie also provided a bunch of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and beach passes.
Another fabulous feature were the three decks. Because there are decks on the front and the back, you can get sun or shade at some point all day.
Julie was a super responsive and gracious host. The process was all simple and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Julie’s home to others.

The location is great. However, the house was not too clean. For example, the fridge had hair in it and the toilet was dirty. Not the biggest deal but it was gross. I had to sweep up dead flies throughout the living/kitchen area. Also, if you plan to bring your furry friends expect to have to walk across the street (from the home) to the opposite corner next to a Verizon building. I thought the home was pet friendly and did not know I would have to do this until the day of my stay. If I was aware of this I would not have stayed at this location. It was inconvenient having to do this over and over again in the pouring rain.

Julie was a wonderful host - responsive , available and very friendly. All instructions were clear and easy to understand . Description and amenities were exactly as described and more !! We felt right at home here and smallest details made a big deal - a fully stocked kitchen , a fresh sponge and paper towels! We brought our dog too. We will definitely be back .

We loved our stay at this property. Julie was so kind and accommodating in her communication and gave us an early check in and late check out! I only wish we could have stayed longer. My favorite feature were the decks, where we were able to enjoy the salt air and sun during our weekend getaway!

Not only is this a beautiful property but the owner is fantastic as well! The property owner covered every base from a brand new kitchen sponge, fully stocked kitchen, detergents/soaps/shampoos, beach towels and bicycles (and much more)! The property owner communicated prior to the visit to ensure she gave me all the required information to enter the premise and enjoy our stay. Additionally, she was available throughout our visit to answer my questions as they arose.

This is a gorgeous home that is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. Only 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Awesome front and rear decks. We loved the open floor plan. Owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We spent Thanksgiving here with our daughter and our dogs. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Julie!! We love the beach in the off-season. The location of the property was perfect for walking to the boardwalk and the beach; which we did frequently in the beautiful weather! The home was incredibly pet friendly for our two-year-old medium Labradoodle. The attention to detail for renters was much appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, the gas fireplace took the chill off after walking in the brisk fall air, and the two decks made for an easy and relaxing experience. We were even able to use the beach cruiser bikes! For in-season rental, there are plenty of beach chairs available. While we brought a deck of cards and cribbage, there were other games available if we wanted to try them. As a side note, dogs are allowed on the beach in the off-season; however, they are never allowed on the boardwalk. We would definitely revisit this property in the future!

Beautiful home that is close to the beach and boards. We enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather for most of the weekend. The home is clean, comfortable and inviting - home away from home. As always, Julie is a wonderful attentive hostess.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful time at OCNJ and sun rest. Very close to boardwalk and beach . Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well:) 🐶 Julie is quick to respond to any questions you may have and checked in to make sure we got in ok. The house is stocked with so many things - makes the stay so much better!

There’s a gym at the end of the street which was perfect for us. It was truly a home away from home. Perfect place to unwind
What a relaxing weekend! My friends and I book here twice a year for our Girls' Weekend. Julie is a great host and is in constant communication, making sure our accommodations are perfect. The extra touches provided make our stay that much better. The pictures on the listing don't do justice to the beauty of this home away from home. Everything is updated and in perfect working condition. The weather while we were here was a little chilly but we used every deck to relax regardless. The condo is located in the perfect location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We can't wait to book our fall trip!

The "SUNREST" is Wonderful!
The "Sunrest" is Lovely! From the minute you enter you feel at home. The property is spotless...very clean, extremely well kept and the decor is welcoming. Each bedroom is bright, airy and inviting....making you smile. The porches allow you to mingle with family or sit in private thought. The owners are a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and provide many extras to add to you loving your stay. Thank you for sharing your home -- Can't wait to return to" Sunrest".

Wonderful condo!
Julie’s condo is absolutely perfect! Pictures in listing are accurate. Furnishings are like new, the entire condo was “ spotless”, and the (3) decks are just wonderful! Great neighborhood, easy to walk to beach, Wawa, Starbucks, etc.!
