Верхний этаж, номер с террасой. При входе в номер запах жареной рыбы. Под утро кто-то курил в соседних номерах или где-то в здании и в номере отчетливо слышен запах сигарет (работала климатическая система). Завтрак! Ужас. Во-первых, он с 9 часов. Попросил принести хотя бы в 8.30, чего конечно же не сделали. Принесли лепешку с мясом и мини салат. Всё. Считайте, что завтрака в гостинице нет!

Die Lage war sehr schlecht, 4OG trotzdem so laut von Straße und sogar durch die Wände von Nachbarin. Keine richtige Namen Schild, kaputt Kühlschrank, Tür war auch kaputt . Ich werde nie weiter empfehlen. Bitte vorsichtig! Und gut überlegen.

Номер достался с неработающей ванной, сломанным окном, протекающей раковиной. В первый день, к сожалению, помыться не удалось. На другой день нас переселили.

الفندق أعجبني كثيرًا، ويقع في منطقة رائعة جداً. يقع في مكان ممتاز بالقرب من جالاتا وميناء تقسيم والعديد من المواقع التاريخية الأخرى. بما أنه يقع في مكان مركزي، يمكنك الوصول بسهولة إلى أي مكان ترغب فيه. وسائل النقل العامة مثل المترو ومحطة الترام على بعد خمس دقائق سيراً على الأقدام فقط. تجد في الفندق عدة مطاعم ومحلات تجارية على مقربة منه. يوجد مطبخ في الغرفة ومجهز بجميع الأدوات والتجهيزات اللازمة. قمت بالإقامة في غرفة تركية تحتوي على حمام تقليدي ومدفأة. قضيت إقامة رائعة في هذا الفندق الفاخر. الموقع لا يقاوم، فهو قريب جداً من وسط المدينة وجميع الأماكن السياحية الرئيسية. يمكنك الوصول إلى محطات المترو والحافلات بسهولة، مما يجعل التنقل داخل المدينة أمراً مريحاً.

تجربة الحمام التركي كانت لا تُضاهى، وكانت الإضاءة الهادئة والديكور الفاخر يضفيان لمسة من السحر على إقامتي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت المرافق الاجتماعية ممتازة، حيث يمكنك الاسترخاء في الساونا أو الاستمتاع بالجاكوزي بعد يوم من التجول في المدينة. الخدمة في الفندق كانت استثنائية، حيث كان الفريق دائماً على استعداد لتلبية احتياجاتي. الغرف واسعة ومجهزة بكل ما تحتاجه لإقامة مريحة، والإطلالة من النافذة كانت رائعة.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! It exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply fantastic, nestled in the heart of a vibrant area with easy access to Galata Port, Taksim, and numerous historical landmarks. Its central position allows for effortless exploration, thanks to the proximity of public transportation – just a brief five-minute walk to either the metro or tram station. One of the highlights for me was the well-appointed room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. I had the pleasure of staying in a room with a Turkish bath and a charming fireplace. The meticulous decoration of the room added a touch of luxury to my stay, and the Turkish bath experience left me feeling incredibly content. The reception staff were exceptional, fluent in multiple languages, and their professionalism, especially in English, was noteworthy. They went above and beyond to provide valuable information about must-visit places in Istanbul. not easy to find uber taxes if you order you have to walk to the main road around 10 minutes walking. For housekeeping you have to ask them every day to do it otherwise no one will come to do it

The location is great, nice neighbourhood, lots of restaurants around.

The room was not very clean, there were stains on the bed table. The hairdryer wasn’t there although it was mentioned to be in the room. It’s a bit noisy in the room on the first floor.

The one and only really good thing is the location of the hotel, was convenient to travel to the main sightseeing.

Seems that one day it was a really nice apartment but now it's much worse than in the photo. The wood became black in some areas, light in the bathroom always blinks, the bath isn't clear, no lamp in one of the lightnings. There was no coffee machine, no bath robes, even no glasses! The staff always smiles but does nothing with it. I asked to fix the light FOUR times and they didn't fix it anyway, I just bought the new light by myself. It's really a shame. Cleaning goes randomly, I traveled to another city for two days and my room was still dirty on the return. And after all those things they insistently asked me to rate them at 10 points. Awful.

I’m staying in this hotel every time I come to Istanbul for over two years. Friendly and responsive staff, very good location, neighborhood full of good restaurants and cafes, and amazing Bosphorus view right behind the hotel building. I recommend room with spa bath since it’s the mid-sized room among standard room with hamam and royal suite.

Beds , elevator, no daily room service, no body helps you with the Luggage.. etc I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and they don't have apartments!. I got only 3 rooms. BOOKING WEB doesn't help me once I arrived.

our first upgraded room was not the best with old furniture and a bit old flooring however our room we booked and transferred after 2 days was excellent!

Worst booking experience so far! We paid for apartment with 3 rooms but looks like hotel doesn't even have apartment in hotel so they falsely advertise on booking, instead we got 3 separate rooms. Rooms were not cleaned at all, dirtiest room we have ever payed for. Toilets were disscusting, as if someone had just used it also with bugs on the sink hairs and stains, sheets on bed were so dirty we didn't want to sleep on them. Entire room was simply terrible. Below zero standard of cleanliness. Windows were closed but still air and noise were getting in room like they were open. The light in one part of the room didn’t work at all. With 2 of 3 keys we got we could open all rooms in hotel wich is simply terrifiying. After our complaints wich we made 4 minutes after entering room workers on reception didn't want to call manager because they are affraid of calling him. As they said also “He doesn’t like to be disturbed.” They didn't help us at all and didn't want to give us refund so we can look for normal place to stay, so we were forced to sleep there. "Clean" sheets they provide us after 20 minutes of arguing and they were not any more clean than those we had in room, we had to change them by ourselves because cleaning crew was not availlable in hotel. Next morning (after 10:30am! not before) when manager finally get in hotel after spending half a day waiting for him we didn't resolve anything again because he didn't care for our problems and he was arrogant and rude. Unbelievable that place like this exists, imagine “sleeping” here…their main and only goal is to take money for zero service, they don’t care for guests at all. Places and hotel personal like this one should be avoided if you want to experience city of Istanbul in proper way. Unfortunately this accommodation ruined our vacation and stay in Istanbul.

Rundown property need serious upgrade. Old pictures uploaded in booking.com. Missing items via-a-vis mentioned in description or shown in pictures. Deceptive transport quality and expensive than usual. Suite much smaller than led to believe. Booked for 2 weeks, left after one week and went to another hotel. No refund for cheating!

The main thing I liked about this property was it’s good location for 10mins walking to Taksim square and Galata Port where many popular restaurants and cafes are located. The bed in this wrong room was comfortable too!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Lord Morgan Hotel CIHANGIR and especially with the management. I booked and paid for a “Queen room with SPA Bathtub & sofa” 27m2, and upon arrival without telling us anything - they put us in a regular room WITHOUT any bath, much smaller in size, with small bed and with some of the lights broken. When we asked why they gave us a different room than the one we paid for, they gave the excuse that the bathtub was broken. They refused to give us any compensation and kept us hanging for 3 days to wait for a "manager" to pay attention to us. We received no attention from anyone for our whole staying. On the 3rd day of our stay - WE proposed and they agreed to reserve a parking space for us in front of the hotel until the end of our stay (24 hours), as compensation for the wrong room, but as we expected - when we came back to the hotel in the evening - no space was reserved and there was nowhere to park. The reception didn’t do anything at all AGAIN. All the staff and management are extremely rude, unresponsive and incorrect! The hotel and the rooms only seem nice, but in fact they are full of many problems, such as the lack of hot water sometimes during the day. The hotel is in a terrible location, especially if you are coming by car. There is only 1 parking nearby (paid) within walking distance, which holds about 10-15 cars at all and is always full! And even if you find a place on it - then you have to walk up a street with a brutal slope until you get to the hotel! Also there is never any free parking on the streets - the traffic is terrible and the Taksim area itself is brutally crowded - not recommended!!!!
