Pool was OK.

Staff weren't very pleasant. Food was poor. Cleaners where terrible. Literally left towels and never done anything else other than steal money from our room. Restaurant service was terrible

Miles from resort centre in dodgy area ..staff like everyone round here rude and have no actual social /moral compass … roads and paths uneven and unkept virtually no maid service bed changed once in a week. toiletries on arrival … no subsequent additions .towels changed daily..bar ran out of beer and drinks 3 times . Restaurant food was bland and tasteless felt unsafe at night as lighting was inadequate

Wonderful building and the interior was nice, also a well equipped chicken.

One single elevator and we had to wait a lot to get into the room. The pool was very cold and we couldn’t enjoy it, in August. The pillow smelled very bad like it was used before and not washed. I had to cover it with a towel just to remove the bad scent.

Good location and facilities.

For 4 night stay didn’t get the room cleaned at all or towels changed. Had to go and ask for clean towels. Bedding wasn’t provided for all of us, had go and ask for it. Overall very poor hygiene.

The property is only a short walk from the centre of Sunny Beach situated about 5 minutes or so away from the shoreline. Added to this, the furnishings are glamorous and ornate. And there was plenty of space in the apartment to move about. There was also a kitchen facility and a washing machine. And beds were comfy. The reception area was manned for most of the day and the staff were English fluent, and were able to arrange taxis when needed.

The pool and restaurant were on another site which was a little inconvenient, however I was kindly shown around these other sites and told I could use these other facilities at any point.
