Wonderful view of beach and town.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! Sadly the elevator was broken and 19 floors were just too much for us so we couldn’t stay beyond 1 night, but our host was very understanding and communicated wonderfully.

Property has a beautiful view! Host got back to us right away with any questions we had. The only thing we really disliked was not knowing that you had to take stairs to get out of the garage. My fiancé has a medical condition and stair are really hard on her. But would definitely stay again as we got engaged on the beach outside.

The apartment was clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The location is nice it is close to the highway and very close to luquillo beach with crystal clear water. The parking is on the lower deck and you have to go up a lot of stairs but besides that it was perfect we will definitely be staying there again!

The amenities make this place. The apt is sufficient, if your looking for a fancy place this isn’t it. The beach and pool, and balcony are great. We did have to climb the the 19 flights once, when the elevator didn’t work. But overall this is a good place. The outside noise can be loud. You could close the windows.

Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. Even beach accessories! It was private and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was so much to do within close distance. The host Pam was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a reasonable place to stay in Luquillo with amazing views! Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Beautiful beach with amazing views

My boyfriend and I took a getaway and stayed in Pamela's condo. The condo felt safe since it is gated and has a guard on duty at all times. The elevator won't even move without a key inserted.The overall property could use some TLC (both buildings were built in the 1970s), but they are in the process of painting the buildings and we say some maintenance being done while there. The view is what you are paying for. A corner balcony and it's right on the beach. You can lay in bed and listen to the ocean. This part of the beach didn't have many people in the water. We were told by people we met it is dangerous due to rip tides and we always saw red flags out everyday we were there. The condo itself is very simple with just a bed, tv, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. The bed was VERY firm and towards the end of the week we were both waking up in pain, could of just been us though. It met our needs since we spent a lot of the time exploring different parts of the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Pamela was a great host to work with!

We caught Covid and had to cancel our trip. We are hoping to reschedule soon.

Pamela was very attentive to my needs and the communication was excellent I traveled for a long weekend to relax and recharge and the property was everything I needed

The apartment was small but cozy for 3 people. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing; took some amazing photos from there. Having access to the beach and the pool was plus and most times it was just us there. Was able to get in contact with the owner with no problem and recieve a quick response.

The neighborhood was a mixture of dated, water damaged properties and rehabbed well kept property. The affects of Maria are still visible plus alot of vacant and abandoned properties. Pamela's apartment at 2 Sandy Hill's was clean and she had utensils to cook and fully stocked with towels and supplies. The view was breathtaking and although she has an A/C I kept the balcony doors opened and ceiling fan on and the breeze kept me cool.; It felt natural and I slept without covers on. The breeze was perfect. There is a pool on the property which I didn't use. You can literally walk into the backyard and be at the beach. It has a private entrance and there is a river adjacent to the property which you can also swim and canoe. The beaches there are a little rough but there are areas like lagoons that you can swim in. There are stores and restaurants around within walking distance and Kiosk on the beach that sell food. Pamela has an umbrella and beach chairs so don't buy any. The water is clear and if you drive a mile toward Rio Grande there is shops on your right and restaurants and a beautiful beach behind them that is calm (hardly any waves) and you can rent canoes, jet ski's etc. You can see El Yuque forest from 2 Sandy Hills and driving you can be there within 1o minutes. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely go back. Thanks Pamela!

I enjoy staying in this apt in luquillo the view is everything is quite, if you looking for q place to relax this is the perfect place 100% recomend it

I was very unsure as this was my first time booking with VRBO...however when I arrived at Pam’s property I was pleasantly SURPRISED at the AMAZING view! Which was the most important factor for me when selecting a property. I haven’t been to any other parts of PR yet; however I felt like Pam’s property was on the most beautiful stretch of beach EVER! We woke up every morning to the beautiful sunrises on the beach and went to sleep each night hearing the sounds of the ocean right outside our balcony. The pictures do this property no justice...If you are looking for a intimate property that literally sits right on the ocean than this is the one for you! Pam was an AMAZING host...she communicated with us before, during and after our trip. We had a change in flight and Pam was so QUICK to adjust our stay accordingly! I will surely be staying with Pam again when we visit San Juan.

Pamela was awesome with communication, and support. We came during the COVID-19 pandemic and weren’t expecting to be in a lock down. There were plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels, these were in short supply everywhere. People had left peroxide, shampoo, and even spices that we found very helpful to use. The ocean can be harsh on things, so we did find a few aged items, but nothing that we couldn’t work around. Plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, and a laundry card. We were able to keep everything clean. Laundry room onsite with plenty of washers and dryers. The sunrise on the deck was breath taking, and some days the pounding surf rumbled through the house. There were also days when the water was like glass. Internet was reliable, I was able to work from home no problem. Areas to sit outside, and a pet relief area both inside the gates. Security patrolled regular and were always very friendly and helpful. The pool looked wonderful, and we noticed a couple of outside showers. The building was kept clean, and we only ran into one other person on our floor. AC was only used at night, and with the breeze not needed even when it was 90 out. A large store, Walgreens, and a McDonalds were in walking distance, about 1.25 miles each way. We had back packs we brought to carry food. There was a great Pizza place right outside the property gates owned by the same local for 45 years. Liquor store 3 blocks away, and they had snack items. The pandemic had everything else closed, but we could see where this was a lively location. Beach access is right there! A beach that if the tides are right you can walk for miles. They do change and we had about 3 days where we couldn’t see a path down the beach due to river currents. That past and everything opened. We met some nice people, and most importantly had some wonderful experiences.

Great location. Unit is small but has everything needed. Great for couples. Building seems to still have a few post hurricane issues but nothing that would keep us from coming back again. Great communication from host.

We loved the views of the beach and rainforest. The neighborhood is a little different than we’re use to. You can tell they’re still recovering from the hurricane. There is surfing a block away. I would come back.

Nice property, excellent beach view. Perfect for two adults, may be with one or two small kids. Property manager Ms. Pam Piork provided outstanding support and in most cases responded within in 5 to 10 mins, even on the Christmas Day! The property is located about 30km away from the airport just rent a car, it is an easy drive. The beach is just excellent.

We had a wonderful time exploring Luquillo, and this was the perfect home base!

Nice place, excellent view. Has all the basics you need for a comfortable getaway. Bathroom can use an upgrade, but not a big deal. Location is lovely. Truly a hidden gem of a location in PR. Beach is fabulous and the fact that you can just walk down from the building is fantastic. Pamela was very helpful and was on top of everything that we needed.

The pool was close. I felt safe in the property.
