This condo was very well stocked with everything… lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bath towels, kitchen supplies. We had a great time. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walks on the beach at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, Publix and historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo has a direct ocean view from the upstairs bedroom balcony Plus it fronts the dunes which provide privacy on the downstairs patio as well It was very clean and the host provides everything you may need There are 2 pools, a wooden walk way to the ocean, and a good size garage for your car and "stuff" No carpet-which is great if you have your fur baby with you I would definitely recommend this unit

This is our third time staying at this condo for our annual beach vacation. We appreciate the owners' timely communication and attention to details and we love staying here! The location, beach view (from upper level) and access are excellent. The condo is lovely, clean, quiet, fully equipped for our stay, and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog. We also like having a garage along with a balcony facing west to enjoy the sunset. Great vacation getaway!

The townhouse was updated and very nice! Great location. Our only complaint is that the HVAC unit was very loud, almost like it was starting to go bad. Would wake us up sometimes when it would click on.

Access to the beach is as easy as you can find in St. Augustine Beach Mattress/Pillows: A. As comfortable as what we have at home Air Conditioner: A. Perfect climate inside night and day. Pools: A. Large and clean set within a well landscaped common area. Possible trip hazard. Pavers at the entrance to the west pool are caved in; Remodeled kitchen A. We love the new countertopa and the refrigerator is spacious. We cook all our meals, don't eat out. All the utensils a chef would need. Great new non stick pan perfect for stir fries. Pet friendliness. A. Sofa covers, dog bowls, leash hangar, easy exit through garage to pet walk area. Wifi: A. Fast Entertainment: A. Roku TV, weather nation. Do not watch much tv but lots of channels. Wide selection of puzzles and some well know novels. Towels and Linens: A. Matched and very ample. Garage amenities: A. Washer and dryer, all sorts of beach supplies. Neighborhood. A+. We have visited almost every beach community in Florida and this is the best. Safe, sidewalks, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, Anastasia State Park, one of the best in Florida. Beach. A+ 100 yards wide, easy to walk on or ride bike. You can do a 20 mile round trip bike ride from the Pier to Mantanzas inlet and back Plus you can drive on the beach

Wonderful place to hang out as we explored St Augustine and surrounding area. The place was great with all we needed to cook meals and grill fresh seafood for dinner!

We had a wonderful time for the long weekend. We would stay here again.

An excellent condo with a great beach location and wonderful views. Felt like home! The kitchen and floors were just remodeled and look great - bright, modern, and beachy! Very dog friendly condo and condo community with lots of friendly neighbors we met while walking the pup. Love the dog friendly beaches of St. Augustine too!

The condo was on the beach walking/biking distance to restaurants and parks. It was quiet with a large garage.

Stayed here four years ago. delightful unit. Now somewhat rundown. Leaky under kitchen sink, nicks and scrapes on cabinets, cabinet door not closing, burners not fitting on stove, knife cabinet falls out of drawer. Great owner, nice location, but needs updating.

Great experience. Good communication with owner. Well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Owner had plenty of toiletries available. Make sure to keep an eye out for the bunny that grazes along the dunes!

Easy to rent, check in was a breeze.

Enjoyed our stay. One incident with door lock that was taken care of right away. Very nice area with short walk to the beach. Would recommend!

Great location for our family of 6.5: 2 adults, 4 teenagers, and our fur baby. The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Steps away from the pools, beach, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely book again and recommend.

We enjoyed our 4th year staying in this condo. This is truly our favorite place to visit each summer! Owner goes above and beyond for hospitality and communication. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

This property is beautiful and the ocean view from master bedroom is beautiful. Very clean and close to anything you need. Would highly recommend. The property owners are also amazing and are available if you need them.

I was worried about there being too much “stuff” around for the baby to get into as that has happened before at other places we have stayed but this place was very baby friendly. Beautiful place. So comfortable and clean. The view is amazing from the top balcony. It had everything we needed, BBQ grilled, clean towels, beach chairs and more. Lisa was really nice extended my check out and communicated when i had any questions .My family and I had such a wonderful time, so sad we had to leave so soon. I highly recommend this place. The property owner allowed us to reschedule our stay at the beach due to the repair of the pools which were closed to the owners without notice. We really appreciated her working with us on the issue. We plan to return in the near future.

I didn't care that my dogs weren't allowed to be right off the back porch. The mattress could be replaced in the main bedroom., and you can't stream Paramount. Those things didn't bother me enough to take away any stars. Such a cozy and clean condo. Access to the beach was perfect, my fur babies 1st time at the beach and they loved it too. Pt was the perfect get away for me and my husband.
