Kingsize-Bett, 4 Geräte, 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, Porzellanfliesen im gesamten, Marmor und Granit Coutertops, begehbare Dusche mit Multi Köpfen, 2 Lanai-Liegen, Liegestühle. Die Vielzahl der Bewertungen zeugt von den vielen überaus zufriedenen Gästen, die in meiner Wohnung Urlaub gemacht haben.

Perfect location, very clean and Andrew is very helpful.

We needed to stay near Naples Florida, and wanted a view of the sunset. This location is literally across the street from the beach and affords a great view of the sunset. It's a screen patio, so not a huge fan of the screen but it does serve the purpose of keeping your sunset viewing bug free. Condo is small but has everything you need including stove, microwave, refrigerator, full size sink, dishes and even a dishwasher. It seems a lot of properties will try to get by with a queen size bed, which we hate, this one had a comfortable king size bed. The space was extremely clean. Most surfaces are white, which added to the clean feeling. Tile throughout the condo, which again helps with the clean feeling. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Easy check in Andrew was extremely pleasant. His paradise is in actuality PARADISE! From the moment you open the door to the flat. The views of ocean and canal are phenomenal! He thought of everything for convenience. From ice packs to beach chairs.

My mother and I had a wonderful time. We loved this place; The view is amazing and just a minute walk from the beach. It has everything you need, like umbrella, beach chairs, kitchen fully equipped. And the host is very nice.

A beautiful lil slice of Bonita Springs
We loved our stay in this rental. It had everything we needed and Andrew was helpful and thorough through the whole process. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a base to check out surrounding beaches and areas. Fair warning Bonita Springs is pretty sleepy so I’d definitely get all of your dining and shopping done before 9/10pm as you won’t be able to find much around open after that time without a little drive. For the price point this is a 5/5 hidden gem. Stay here you’ll love it!

Great View/Great Location
I don’t think you could do much better at this condo community than this property. High floor lent great views, updated clean bathroom, and shortest walk possible to the beach. Finding parking at the public access can be difficult and we could walk for dinner as well (Doc’s right across the street) There were bad reviews about the bed, but we found it acceptable. The pillows were the worst part, I had to use two to sleep. We read something about having issues with the shower, but we had no issues with the shower. Other than that we were very happy and would book again.

Perfect lil condo! Comfortable bed, within steps to the ocean, quiet area, everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our own meals. Never saw the office manager to get parking pass. Tried different hours but they were not there. Lots of construction going on in the area we stayed. It would’ve been nice to have known that ahead of time.

Our stay at the Bonita Springs condo was excellent. The condo was clean and the view was fantastic. The walk to barefoot beach, the beautiful sunsets, bike rides, tennis, and the pool. It was everything we wanted and hoped for.

Excellent location and view
We enjoyed our stay here the condo had a great view of the gulf. It was very clean and well equipped. It’s a short walk to the beach and a few nice restaurants. Only thing is the main bed was not comfortable at all needs a new mattress bad! Other than that it was perfect for 2

Great time in Bonita Springs!
The condo was everything it was advertised as. You could not ask for a better location. It was unfortunate that a portion of the building was under construction but the owner was more than willing to work with us. We would definitely return.

Stunning Location!
This space was EXACTLY what we wanted! Great view of the Gulf and our favorite hang out, Docs! The kids loved watching the planes off in the distance also!

The apartment was lovely, well-supplied, and Andrew is a great communicator. The balcony was very much under construction over Christmas, which might not work for all travelers.

Short getaway
My wife and I visited this property for a few days I came home and she stayed because she loved it so much she stayed for an extra couple days Andrew was wonderful he would answer any questions I had, answer the phone all the time when I called him for stupid questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway beautiful views across the street from the beach.
