Sunset Retreat ist der Name unserer schönen Ferienwohnung im Beach and Tennis Club und die Nummer eins in Florida, um sich zu entspannen und die wunderschönen Sandstrände von Bonita Springs, FL, zu genießen. Diese luxuriöse Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Gebäude 2, nur wenige Schritte vom berühmten Restaurant "Doc's Beach House" am Barefoot Beach entfernt. Niemals die Dinge ausgehen, die man tun kann. Entspannen Sie mit Ihrem Lieblingsgetränk auf dem Balkon oder wählen Sie aus einer Reihe von Aktivitäten wie morgens Muscheln, Jetski fahren, Parasailing oder einfach nur einen Sonnenuntergang am Abend. Diese Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine abgeschirmte Veranda (Balkon). Location. Location, location was terrific. Easy access/checkin. Could use an initialStock of paper products. Reconstruction around the high rise continues …visually underwhelming but easy to maneuver around.

We had such a great stay here. The condo was incredibly well stocked, especially the kitchen. I cook a lot and usually find myself wishing for certain utensils or tools when traveling, but this kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.The location was perfect. It’s an easy walking distance to the public beach, and there was plenty of parking available. The elevator was also a huge plus for getting luggage and groceries up.The bed and furniture were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long beach days.What impressed us the most, though, was the amazing selection of beach gear provided. There were tons of beach chairs, toys, towels, coolers, and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. It made beach days so easy and convenient.Overall, this was one of the most thoughtfully stocked rental we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very nice and relaxing stay. You stepped out to your balcony and you can see the ocean to cross the street to the beach and see the sunset. Absolutely beautiful!The apartment is very well kept and put together. They have everything from glasses to wine glasses, all sorts of plates and call supplies and utensils. It made our stay so easy. If you like jet skiing or parasailing, they rent them across the street. We went jet skiing and had so much fun.The owner is very considerate, communicate and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

This condo is really cute, comfortable and in a great location, but the exterior was under construction and we didn't find out until we arrived. I had seen reviews of other properties in this complex that mentioned the construction. So I specifically asked the host about it when I booked and she assured me we would not be affected. However, when we arrived, there WAS ongoing construction - we couldn't access the lanai (it was boarded over) and there was very loud drilling from 7am to 7pm. We could even hear the drilling from the beach. So we spent the first day of our trip trying to find a different place to stay which was challenging as it was Spring Break. I ended spending much more on a different place in Fort Myers Beach.
