This home was perfect, it had all the amenities we needed, close to everything, and a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our kids loved the SHARC passes, we got to ice skate nearby, go on wonderful walks, and just 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. The home had everything we needed, was clean and communication with the and check in was excellent. We plan on returning to this home again.

Enjoyed our stay at the end of December, the house is in the perfect location: 20 minute walk to the village, 15 minutes to the SHARC and 10 minutes to Fort Rock Park. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and the size of the house was great.
Because it was winter we didn't hang outside on the deck, but in the summer there isn't a ton of privacy, the bonus is that there is great people watching because the back deck looks at the bike path intersection so everyone is walking by.
The pictures in the listing don't really show how nice the house is, it's nicer in person.
The layout worked for our group, although the kids bunk room is right off the living room, which meant we had to be really quiet at night when hanging when the kids went to bed.
There are lots of bike for all age ranges, so that was a plus! Kitchen was well stocked, even had the basic spices and plastic wrap (always a plus).
Overall, would rent this house again - thanks for providing a great vacation house! we'll be back!

The stay was great. I’m glad the owner let us know in advance to bring pool towels as none were found at the home. The only issue was the oven somehow getting locked but the owner was prompt about it and we were able to do without it during our stay.

Our family had an enjoyable Sunriver stay over Labor Day Weekend, even though it rained on and off all weekend. Not quite the sunny warm vacation we were hoping for but thats Oregon for ya. Our son especially loved the close proximity to bike ride to both Fort Rock park and the SHARC. Our toddler had great fun swimming at the SHARC and going for pony rides at the Sunriver stables. Mom and Dad enjoyed the private hot tub soaks after the kids went to bed. Your home was lovely and well stocked with most things we needed. The only suggestion I might give as a nice addition for those with small children would be to have a pack n play tucked in one of the closets and perhaps some duplo blocks or a couple toys for the little ones. This would have made it much easier to keep her from touching things in the house that she shouldn't. All-n-all we had a great stay. Thank you!
P.S. Hubby said he would have also loved to have had a knife sharpener to use in the kitchen as they all needed sharpening.

It was our fourth year using Kelly's residence! This is a prefect house for our needs. Three kids and Three adults. Walking distance to everything! (SHARC, Village and Fort Rock Park) We will be back!

This was our seventh time staying in this home with our family. We love the separation of the master bedroom and en suite bathroom (for parents or grandparents). The second bedroom (also with king bed) is comfy and quiet. The kids love the bunk room. The home has two large tables that allow you to eat at one and leave room for building a puzzle at the other. The deck is AMAZING!!! Good mix of shade and sun. The home is located near the intersection of bike paths which brings easy access to Fort Rock park and the SHARC. The home is also set back quite well from the paths so there is privacy from deck and hot tub. On clear nights I highly recommend the star gazing from the hot tub or deck chairs.

I've stayed in dozens of Sunriver rentals and this is one of the best in this price range. Comfortable furniture, clean home, one level, great location, and lots of bikes in working condition. Don't miss out on this rental. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a little warm, no central air, but we appreciated the fans that were set out. There are not a lot of kitchen “extras” but generally the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of towels. Really appreciated all of the extra bikes so that everyone had one that fit them. Awesome location in Sunriver. Thank you!

Nice home with lots of space. The location was great, just a short bike ride to Fort Rock or SHARC and village. Kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. The knives weren’t great but made due. I would rent again.

Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, clean all over. Fantastic places for large group to gather together (with everyone sitting) both inside and out. Kellie answered all my questions promptly. My family (Cousin Reunion) commented over and over what a great spot this house is. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at Kellie's house. The location is prime! The master bed and 2nd bedroom bed are extremely comfortable but my girls did say the mattresses on the bottom bunks were not. We broughtkitchen items we knew to bring from our last stay that would be needed. Like steak knives, Tupperware, BBQ utensils. The hot tub worked perfectly. We did not have correct tools to adjust bikes however, so we will be adding that to our list fir next time. The tools in the garage for the bikes were bare minimum. Also, there were really only 3 adult bikes that were in great working condition. There could have been more but again, we didn't have the right tools to adjust the other bikes. We didn't need child bikes so not sure how those are working. The bathrooms & kitchen were very clean but the fans that we needed were caked with dust and undercthr beds had tissues from previous renters. Overall, we had a great stay and even with the fans, bike tools and tissues we'd stay again! Thanks Kellie!

This house is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and in a beautiful and private location. It was perfect for my family of 5, including 3 kids who loved all the bike options in the garage! Being at the end of a cul-de-sac, it was safe for the kids to ride around, which was relaxing for the adults. The SHARC passes made our weekend! Kellie was easy to get hold of and responsive (not that I had any issues once there!). We did not use the hot tub or do any cooking there. I hope to make it a favorite and stay longer next time - purely because of how great it was!

It's at the very end of a cul-de-sac, so there's zero traffic. A bike trail runs behind the house, but it's 75 yards away so it's close enough to access and to watch the bike traffic, but far enough that it's not a privacy issue. No AC, but that's not a big deal in Sunriver with the cool nights there. Well-maintained and clean. We'd stay there again!

Such a beautiful and well-equipped house!
This is one of the favorite vacation homes I have ever stayed in. There are table seating 6 in the kitchen and the dining room, leaving room to spread out for games and puzzles. The kitchen has everything you could need. The master suite is lovely and spacious. We loved being close to the Sharc and Fort Rock park, and watching the parade of bikers, walkers, dogs and all outside our window. We would love to stay here again!

Awesome house. Awful knives.
House and location was awesome. Just as described. Knives were the worst I’ve ever used. So dull the pressure required to cut anything was great enough to deflect the knife off the object and into my hand. Ironically, the knife was so dull it didn’t even cut me. Just throw a sharpener or honing steel in the drawer. Easy peasy.

Usually photos make a place look better than reality, but I was pleasantly surprised that this was the opposite case at this house. Perfectly comfortable for our group of friends.
