The property was amazing and Mary Lee was a good host

Marylee was wonderful host and the condo was just as the pictures shown. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and couches felt like home. The air temp was just perfect and the balcony was very large and relaxing. There were plenty of dishes, cups, etc and was well stocked with cooking necessities. Marylee was a pleasure to work with, had a beautiful home, and the location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and was beach front. There are a few things currently not working: sliders in master BR to balcony seem stuck in locked position, dryer knob not functioning, and balcony light (maint. is said to have part just didn't install yet). Cleaning service should ensure all tasks are completed prior to new checkins as there was food on floor/rugs and sand/hair that needed to be swept when we arrived. Overall it was a great stay!

My family had an amazing time at this property. The view is stunning and the owner is just so so helpful. Love everything!! 5 stars without a doubt! Thank You! God bless!

Our stay at Marylees condo was the best. We booked this condo for 9 days. Check in and check out was hassle free. Marylee was very responsive to all of our questions and anything we needed. The condo is just as pictured if not nicer, very spacious condo. My wife and I and our 2 boys (ages 10-11) had more than enough room. When we got there, we had delicious homemade cookies waiting on us (its the little things that count). The condo was well stocked with anything we needed in all areas. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed to cook. The balcony is huge, and we enjoyed our breakfast and supper on it many of mornings and evenings. The view is amazing. My wife was hesitant about staying on the 22nd floor, but ended up being so glad we did after being there. The elevators were super fast. The parking at Ocean Villa condos was hassle free and we didn’t have to spend all day looking for parking. There are so many wonderful things we can say about this condo, but one of the best is that the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in on vacation from mattress, to pillows, to comforters. This condo is well taken care of and CLEAN! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay here again. It is close and convenient to everything Walmart, Pineapple Willys, and all.

The condo was exactly as pictured! Check in and out was a breeze! It rained nearly the whole time we were there, but the amazing balcony was a cool place to hang out! My only recommendation is binoculars! You can see many sea creatures from the balcony, but binoculars would have made them more identifiable! Great place to stay!! I would definitely stay again!

Overall a very nice place.

Property is as advertised. Super fast elevators, incredible view. Could see the marine life swim by from the balcony. Only downside of the trip was the weather that churned up the sand in the Gulf. Marylee had nothing to do with that, so that's not on her.

We had an excellent time here. The elevators where the best! No waiting and fast running. Pools and rec area nice as well. Room clean and bout the right size.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in. Plenty of room and a great view. We had everything we need to cook plus some. Would love to come back next year.

Although it was hot the week we were there, it was a wonderful week. Some issues with internet were a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was as listed. Thanks Marylee!!

This property is perfect in every way.The furnishings were nice and everything was immaculately clean.The view across the Gulf from the 22nd floor is fabulous and listening to the ocean at night is a relaxing way to end the day.Marylee (the owner) greeted us on our first day and was the perfect host.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

From booking to departure everything was spectacular. The condo is exactly as shown, clean and has everything needed. The gated grounds are well kept, clean with 2 nice size pools and a hot tub. Family atmosphere. Friendly gracious residents. Parking available both under the building and a parking garage across the street. There are a couple small Mom & Pop restaurants, a diner and a Waffle House within walking distance. Wal-Mart for groceries is about 0.5 miles away. A short 10 minute drive to Pier Park. Marylee is a gracious host and available for questions. The views from the 22nd floor balcony are simply spectacular and seem to go on forever. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.
