Condo was very cozy for the 3 of us with ample amenities. It definitely felt like a home away from home as others have said with all the furnishings as well as the stocked kitchen. Perfect location to catch the bus and ride a couple minutes up to the base of 8 or 7. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was the perfect place for a great ski vacation. My adult daughter and I enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay in this cozy Colorado condo. Check in/out was seamless, and no issues were encountered during the stay. The washer/dryer was a bonus for wet ski clothes, and the entire place was warm and inviting. Breck has a great bus system to get around, and the restaurants are close too. Walking up the road to the ski area or down the road to town would be difficult due to the snow and ice during the winter, so the free bus or a car would be best. It snowed some, and the parking lots were well-kept and cleared of snow quickly. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it! Thanks James.

This condo was perfect for me and my boyfriends skiing trip. It is the perfect distance to the town and to the mountain. This condo was everything the reviews said and seems to be perfect any time of year!!

My brother and I visited in December for a ski vacation. Pictures and description completely accurate and a reading of other reviews made for zero surprises. Well appointed kitchen met most of my needs. Good sized closet in bedroom for storage. Everything else was perfect. Bus stop was super close (2 min) and with 4 stops per hour to ski hill, it was super convenient as long as you planned ahead. If I missed a bus coming down from Peak 8, it only took me 9 minutes of a downhill walk to get back to apartment. Would definitely return.

Feels like home away from home. Definitely cozy. Close to public transportation. Everything you need for cooking with the very stocked kitchen. They have left nothing out. We will definitely return again.

First time visit to CO and we stayed at this property. We were here for friends who eloped. The stay was great, the place was super clean and cozy. Check in was easy and finding it was easy! Easy bus/shuttle free transportation from the top of the hill down to Breck village. Download the app for the bus and it’s super easy to monitor the pick up times and location of the bus!! After reading other reviews, I would say they were false about a short “walk” to the village of Breck. We didn’t even attempt it because of time and the steep hill. I would encourage owners to stock more toilet paper as we were there almost a full week and ran out. We would totally stay here again as it was cozy and we felt super comfortable. The place was stocked with informational books and photos!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. Had all ementies and then some extras. Great locale and we seen deer on site. Definitely had a great experience.

We were pleased with this condominium/cottage. It has a very cozy, warm feeling. It had adequate linens, dishes, cookware, outdoor space/ patio, nice appliances in working order. It is located very close to town and ski area. Some areas of improvement would be windowsills and baseboard heaters need cleaning. Comcast service was a little difficult to navigate and internet service was shaky. Nice touches include little things like a dozen fresh eggs in the refrigerator, shopping bags, washer/dryer in unit, and all of the pictures, books., and candles. Overall a very nice place to stay with a small group and especially at the summer season price. I definitely would rather be in this unit than in a hotel room for the price! We will try to stay here again for sure!

One bedroom condo close to shopping and skiing.

Used this wonderful condo for a few days as a quick getaway. It was a very good choice. Simple, easy access to town, and far enough away from the downtown crowds to not feel surrounded. My trip was in the summer and the location had nice access to the mountains for hiking. But, it seems that it would also be an ideal location for winter access to the ski resort without being in the village. I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Traveled to Breckenridge to enjoy some summer concerts performed by the National Repertory Orchestra and was pleased with the music plus these thoughtfully-appointed mountain accommodations. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly prepared. Many extra touches – including treats, locally made soaps, etc. – were much appreciated. Unit is a bit over a mile walk from Main Street, but the very-convenient Black Line bus stop is about a block from the door. And the city's free bus service makes getting around a breeze. Would return here for sure.

We enjoyed getting out of the heat of Arizona and relaxing in Colorado. We appreciated the condition of the condo, it worked great for the two of us.

This was a great location close to town but yet tucked away in neighborhood as well. Easy access. Owner made everything super easy. Very clean, all the amenities and helpful suggestions.

To get to the mountain, you could either take the free shuttle which was a 2 minute walk away, you could walk roughly 10 minutes to Peak 8, or you could even walk 5 minutes to the 4 O’Clock run and ski right down to the Snowflake lift. As for getting to town, the walk is roughly 15-20 min to get right down to the middle of Main Street, or you can also take the free shuttle. There was 2 of us, but the condo could comfortably fit 4. I would highly recommend this place as it was super clean, comfortable, accessible to skiing/the town, and the hosts were responsive and created a very welcoming space for guests. If we come back to Breckenridge, this will be our first spot to check for availability!

Great condo! Cozy and well stocked with everything you need for a family of 3. With great access to peak 7 & 8 just one bus stop away. Will definitely stay here again!!!

This one-bedroom condo was just perfect for our group of 3. One shuttle stop from peak 8 base, parking right in front of the building, full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Directions were clear on arrival, & plenty of suggestions for activities & restaurants...they even had bath salts & a wonderful bed with flannel sheets for relaxation each night. We used the bus to get to and from the slopes everyday. And cooked wonderful dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Definitely would return - winter or summer. Enjoyed the fly fishing books!

This cozy condo had all we were looking for to enjoy the beautiful Breckenridge. We travelled with 2 children and they also loved it. We ended up going to the ‘Village’ for skiing lessons for our kids because the ones in peak 8 were booked up, however the location is really convenient to access peak 8 slopes. All was great, the condo had all we could possible need. The only suggestion I can give is to equip the guests with a snow shovel to help removing fresh snow around the car if needed.
