There is everything you are looking for with-in minutes.
I had two minor issues for the month I was there. John took care of both of them very quickly. Very pleased with John's response.

The price was right for the location and the overall house however, the smell in the house kept us away. It smelled like dead mice. The fragranced plug ins didn’t even budge the smell! We spent a couple hours cleaning. The floor, table top and counter tops were sticky as if the house was recently bombed for roaches. The primary bathroom toilet was obviously not cleaned. I notified the owner. He apologized but, didn’t offer anything as a resolution to a bad situation. We will not be staying again!

Several of our family members could not meet up this Thanksgiving. We were not able to have Thanksgiving together last year. We decided to meet at our middle brother's hometown and have an early gathering at this very homey vacation rental home. We were able to do so easily and had so much family time and fun!

This property is extremely kid friendly. We enjoyed how spacious the property was and an at home feel. Pool is a very nice size but we were unable to use due to weather. All the comforts of home can be found in the kitchen and a properly outfitted laundry room. Ample sleeping space for a larger family. The neighborhood was not as expected but this home is a little oasis in a well established neighborhood and likely the best home in the neighborhood. The laundry room due possibly to the location has a very moist smell.

The place is beautiful. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything is conveniently located. The pool is great. If i had any questions or needed anything. Jon the owner got back to me with in 10min by text or if i cslled he answered his phone right away. The house stayed nice and cool. I actually got cold. We will definitely stay again. If fact my family and friends who came over for a BBQ. Are going to stay there next time the come back to Florida. Jon was very kind to allow us to check early. We drove from PA.

The property was the perfect size. Me and my family enjoyed the pool, closeness to shopping and the easy access to all the major routes leading through Jax/Opark. Would definitely stay at the property again in the future if my travels put me through that location again. Thanks John.

Easy to find
This was a great property, just a few blocks from a main strip of fast food, stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Walmart. About 35-45 minutes from the Ocean. House was clean, back yard was fenced it. Pool was very nice.

Great Christmas
This is at least the 5th time we stayed at Johns house. Lots of room, great location, plenty of things to see and do, beach, Kennedy Space Center, golf and lots of shopping. Family lives close by so thats a big bonus. Thanks John. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool. It was a nice place to stay while we went to the usatf Junior Olympics. We enjoyed hanging out as a family and cooking. We had a wonderful vacation as a family

Neighborhood very quiet. Would have been nice to have extra blankets, pillows, etc. Nice to be provided with basic essentials such as paper products and trash bags, etc.

The cleaning fee charged left me expecting a fully cleaned space, but the main bath tub looked like it had been neglected after a few visits. There were other updates to the home, however, many of the original fixtures remained. We used it more as a bed rather than a place to enjoy throughout the day.

Thanks John for letting us use your house. Even though it was Dec. my granddaughter tried the pool. Everything was very clean. As always plenty of room. The house is close to everything you could want in Orange Park. Played golf several times at some great courses. We will be back. Thanks again.
