Excellent property! The view is spectacular.

Love this house. Perfect for our group of adults/young adults. Walk down the steps to the beach! House is clean, comfortable and view cannot be beat!! Hope we can stay again!!

My kids and I stayed at this wonderful house for a long weekend and enjoyed each moment. The house and its amenities were everything we needed - and, even though the weather was chilly, we bundled up, stepped off the porch and walked up and down the beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place to stay for a beach trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the place was very nice and clean. Location was perfect and quiet even during spring break.

It was cold but we had so much fun!

The location was more than perfect! Literally on the beach, close to Center Street with shops and food, and couldn’t have been a better rental! We will be back.

Stayed for the weekend, great location.

The view is stunning, the house is clean and modern, it has all that you need to be comfortable and for cooking and beach fun. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room for friends and family.

The house is gorgeous and right on the ocean. It has all the supplies you could want and hosts were incredibly easy to deal with. We travelled with 2 dogs and the gated patio is perfect for pets. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed visiting Folly Beach - close to Charleston and a laid back vibe in town. House is right on the beach and was terrific for walking and watching the waves.

We can’t say enough about this property! Absolutely perfect location. Folly Beach is our new favorite spot and we couldn’t ask for more from a rental. Fully stocked kitchen, completely clean from top to bottom, great beds and TVs. It was so wonderful to have our 2 dogs with us as well. So thankful that it is dog friendly! The deck was perfect, the big windows in the home were perfect, the beach was out our door and perfect! It was all perfect! We will be back!

The house was newly renovated and updated in a tasteful beachy style! The location and being right on the beach was awesome!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, perfect getaway for us and our dog, right on the ocean with an enclosed deck. The house was very clean, well equipped and up to date in every way. The neighborhood is away from the crowds and close to all the great restaurants at Folly. We highly recommend it.

Great location steps from the beach. Best kitchen we have ever stayed in with new appliances, great layout and very well equipped. New washer and dryer were the quietest we have ever experienced.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! Communication with the owners was great and check-in was a breeze. The sun deck was perfect for watching the sunrise while having morning coffee and conversation. The windows in the living room was the best backdrop while playing games and gathering around the kitchen while making dinner. There was plenty of room for our group, and we had everything we needed. We definitely want to come back!

This is my families second year staying here. Since the first year, they have updated the kitchen which is beautiful! I love the location of this property the most, it’s like you have your own private beach. The one thing i wish they did was leave out a broom for all of the sand that is unfortunately tracked throughout the house. With that being said, hopefully we will be back next year with a broom!

My wife and I, and our two adult children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach, SC in August 2022. The house we selected was perfect for our vacation week as it was literally right on the beach! The property owners were very supportive and helpful as well. The house presented just as advertised and was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it for a small family vacation.

We just had an amazing week at the beach. The house was perfect! We took our dog and she was able to watch us on the beach from the window, it was great! The house was just lovely and there was nothing to fault. Location was great, house was great and the fact that it was so close to the beach was the best! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again.

Great value property. Have stayed at a number of places on the beach in Folly and this one is the favorite of our family.

Our stay in Folly Beach was relaxing and enjoyable. Many things to do and see in nearby Charleston. We recommend highly!

We loved staying in this perfect beach house for a week. We are a family of 4 with a dog and the house was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated in a modern meets classic way. The kitchen is amazing, newly updated, and very equipped for cooking. The location of this house is ideal for a week in June. The beach was not crowded at all, and we were close enough to ride a golf cart to Bert’s and restaurants / bars / shops but far enough away from the crowded section of Folly to feel like we could relax and get away. The deck is so nice too! We sat on the comfortable lounge chairs in the evenings. The fact that you are only 4 steps from the beach is so perfect and there is a hose and shower spicket to wash away sand to keep the house fresh and clean. We loved this property. The owners could not be nicer and we hope to return next summer. There are 3 generous bedrooms and we could have had another person or 2 or 3 so if you have more than 4 in your party it still works well.

This is an ideal spot for a comfortable beach vacation, with lots of nice touches, great location, and truly spectacular views.

It was so nice to be able to go back and forth and not have to worry about forgetting something. Also, this end of the beach is not packed liked it can often get closer to town. The home has been updated and is bright and airy with a lovely deck which we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and appys and cocktails in the evening before cleaning up for dinner. We did have an issue requiring immediate assistance. Dianne was very responsive which is why we are giving this property 5 stars. It is a distance from town so I am glad that we brought food and drinks for snacks, breakfast and lunch. We would go into town for dinner which worked out great. I highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Perfect! Only thing it needs are signs on the doors where there are step downs. But everything was just beautiful! A very special weekend!
