This property will not disappoint!! It was well stocked with kitchen startups, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and I especially like that all 3 bedrooms were separated from the main living area. The open family room, kitchen and breakfast table felt like a cottage style room with a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean. You can relax on the couch and still see the gorgeous ocean. A Pack-n-play and high chair are provided if needed. My only drawback was the thermostat would not lower below 70 so the nights were a bit warm, but the fans helped. I give this property an AAA!!

We stayed 2 weeks with our daughters enjoying the sun and sand. Condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around.
Over all we would recommend this condo for a stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Easy beach access was amazing, kids loved playing on the beach, at the pool, and watching the sunset.
The place itself is clean and a great setup for families to enjoy both the inside and outside.

The house was very nice, everything that we needed was provided. The beach view was amazing as well! The week we went the weather was colder than usual but we still enjoyed walking the beach! We are thankful for the hot tub! We used it daily!

The property was very nice. Nice and clean. Plenty of room. The view of the beach was very relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was good to have a gas grill by the pool also. The owner Luz Libreros took great care of us! We would go back again!

Sunset Paradise lives up to its name with this unit as you have an absolutely amazing unrestricted view of the Gulf coast from the unit. Everything was clean and modern and the amenities were perfect. We will come back!

Very nice stay, nice location , heated pool and hot tub. Toys, towels and chairs and blanket for the beach. Once we figured out the right access code to get in we had a really nice time. Vrbo hadn't updated the correct passcode to get in the unit and I panicked when I couldn't speak with my contact. But after sending a message she called me back with the correct code and we had access. She was out of town but she provided additional people to call if we had any additional needs. Love the open kitchen and living area. Plenty of parking with elevator. The beds in the twin room are not comfortable, they ended up sleeping in the living room the last few nights, but the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. They had plenty of towels and a very nice laundry room. A lovely condo that I would highly recommend.

This property is amazing. It is clean and very spacious. It faces the beach, and provides access to a pool and hot tub. It is on the second storey with access to a lift

It also quiet, but close enough to the restaurants on Gulf Boulevard. The views of the sunset are amazing.
Luz is a fantastic host. She communicated with me the day before I arrived and also during my stay.
I could not find fault with the property and host.
I recommend this property and I would definitely come here again!

We had an amazing time at the beach! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and a beautiful view of the gulf!

We had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for us. Having a 9 month old was much easier since we flew and didn’t have to bring a playpen or high chair. The beach equipment and access to the beach were wonderful. Luz always responded quickly and Alex was very quick to make sure we had what we needed promptly when requested. Looking forward to our next visit.

Area is quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. Views are beautiful from balcony. Met a few locals at the pool and had great conversations. Unit clean with recent upgrades.

Very clean condo with plenty of room. Good supply of kitchen pans, skillets & utensils. Pool was well taken care of too. Loved the view of sunsets. Saw dolphins many times & a manatee.

We absolutely loved the condo! It was one of the prettiest views we have ever had. The windows that span across the front allow so much light in and provide views of the ocean that are breathtaking. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There were even beach chairs, beach toys and floats to use at the pool and beach. Beach towels were also provided. Having the washer and dryer was a lifesaver for our bigger group! The ocean was so close and just steps away. The pool was always clean and not too crowded. Restaurants were close by. What a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay again!!

The condo as well as the building and pool area were well-kept, and clean. The furnishings were great. All new appliances, comfortable bedding! Enjoyed our stay there. It’s also in an excellent location! Just feet from the beach and very close to local restaurants and shops!

This property was perfect for our family of 6! Having 4 little kids, the short walk to the beach was ideal. Some items to note are that some of the cabinet doors do not close nicely. Every closet door doesn't close nice or were off the tracks. Seems to be also missing one beach towel as listed in the items they had. We were asked to move our car for a few days while repairs were being made on the parking garage. I understand that this is out of the homeowners control but it was very inconvenient with 4 small children. Other than the minimal things listed above, this condo was very clean and don't get me started on the nightly sunset view over the gulf. Dream condo.

Came to enjoys IRB escaping the cold weather of Ohio. We loved everything about the condo. Location was perfect, pool was great, hot tub was great. It was really convenient with 2 little ones to go out on the beach and also nice to enjoy the beach from the balcony.
I was pleasantly surprised with all of the kitchen supplies provided as well as supplies for the beach.
My only complaint was that our truck which is an f350 wouldn’t fit under the covered parking to park in our space. Luckily a neighbor allowed us to park in one of his spots. The condo owner did get back to me quickly to try and resolve the situation with the parking.
We would definitely visit again and highly recommend this condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable.

This condo had everything you needed and more for your family vacation! The unit was very clean and equipped to handle our family of 5. The proximity to the warm heated pool and hot tub made it convenient for enjoying. The 12 steps to the beach made it ideal for our family. We will definitely be back. The view from the balcony cannot be beat at sunset. Our host Luz was very informative and her communication was above and beyond.

This was one of the best places to stay! We will definitely be back. It was everything we wanted and more. Loved the personal parking spots and that it was covered parking! Loved that there was an elevator!

Very nice place, three story condo building with ocean view. Much better than a high rise building. Unit is on the second floor and very nice, and clean. It had everything you will need. Building has a family atmosphere. Easy check in and out process. Friendly responsive owner.

Our stay at Sunset Paradise was amazing! The unit was easy to find and had anything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and unit was cleaned and well equipped. They even provided carts to get all of our stuff up in the elevator.
The condo was large enough for us to spread out and really feel at home.. The best part was the balcony view and accessibility to the beach. Watched the sunset every night and was able to relax for the first time in years! Our host was responsive and very sweet! I will definitely stay here again!
On a side note
Indian Rocks is one of the chiller beaches I have been to. Not as crowded and not as many restaurants and shops but those are nearby in St Petes or Clearwater. I would say make sure and grocery shop on your way in- the general store is a bit pricey.

The location is wonderful, nice pool and hot tub. You can believe other reviews that highlight the noise level from the unit above and the tired furniture. It’s just an older place very that needs a furniture and bed update. It’s “Motel 6” quality on the beach. The beach location is the highlight of this unit. However, if you have medium to high standards for interior finishes you’ll be disappointed. I’ll return to the area, just not this building.

The 1st major issue with the unit is safety. Smoke detectors were missing in 2 locations. The kitchen stove is a disaster in waiting. Opening a drawer on either side of the stove turned on a burner. You won’t even know until you smell heat. The kitchen cabinet doors do not close because of mis-alignment. The bedroom furniture is shabby and worn. The shower grout looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
Not the owner’s fault but if there are raucous guests in the pool, the noise permeates throughout the unit. The balcony furniture is worthless- old and very uncomfortable.
Only the sunsets are worthwhile.

OMG THE VIEW!
Gorgeous view. Easy access to the beach. Our teens preferred the pool and hot tub but it was nice to easily go back and forth if we wanted. After 2 days in 2 hotels we were in heaven. The teens loved having their own rooms and an extra bathroom. I can be high maintenance when we stay places and I wasn't bothered by much in the unit. No bugs, it was clean, washer and dryer which was great and lots of beach stuff which is nice if you are flying there. When I had questions, Luz was quick to get back to us. We loved IRB area and so glad it was where we decided on. There were some good restaurants in town (VIP Mexican was really good and we heard amazing things about Cafe de Paris from several people) and it was less crazy than Clearwater Beach. We lasted 1 hr in CB and it was chaotic and stressful to us and we were all so glad we didn't stay there. If you are going to parasail, I highly recommend Eagle Parasail in Madeira. It was an easy drive from condo and parking was easy since we got there before 10am. The shops and area are really cute too. The only thing I forgot to mention to the manager was we couldnt find a sheetpan for taco shells and the dining table was a little too big but that is just our opinion. We would stay here again for sure!!!

Fantastic views and condo. Everything listed was in the condo. Stayed on the second floor.. having an elevator is awesome. We have stayed here several times and love every minute. Being on the second floor you take your chances with having kids staying in the condo above you .

It could use a good deep cleaning like black mold in the refrigerator seal 🤮and some renovations and fixes that have been a long ongoing problem. As we come up on our arrival I noticed that the balcony sliding glass door did not close all the way nor did it even have a lock, that was really concerning. I have children and when all four of the doors slide open it’s hard to keep a child from wanting to go out there. I messaged the owner and they told me it was my responsibility to watch my children (very furious at this point) which I do, but you cannot keep a child from opening a door so light. luckily they had someone come fix it that next morning. The shower heads in both bathroom have absolutely no pressure. It definitely needs some fresh paint in places. Watch the drawers near the stove because the stove knobs do not allow you to open them all the way and you have to be careful with that because the stove will turn on if they are barely even touched without anyone noticing. The room did have a lot of stuff to take down to the beach which was very convenient. Overall we had a blast, but for the price I think it needs some updates 😁
