Leuke appartementen complex en is gelukkig niet ver van de airport.

Ik zat in eerste instantie in D gedeelte en had totaal geen (mooi) uitzicht op de tuin noch zwembad zoals wordt aangegeven op de website van booking.com. Ik heb de volgende dag een andere kamer gekregen B010 en ging van slecht naar slechter. Het matras was keihard, het bed was kleiner en het b gedeelte is zo gehorig en luidruchtig zelfs ook in de avond/nacht.

Nice location in the embassy district it seems. Nice & tasty breakfast, but I wish the restaurant was big enough to accommodate more people -- I had to take my food back to my room to eat. The hosts were professional and quite helpful.

The Apartment was a great place to stay in. Very comfortable, with contemporary and up to date electrical appliances. The cleaners are reliable clean your room three days a week, fresh clean towels and bed linen.

The facilities management,reception and security staff are rude and unhelpful. They had their heads down on the mobile phones, speaking in their native language, mocking at the foreign guests.Their appearance is poor. They are not smart in their uniforms are untidy and sweaty. There is no enthusiasm or motivation. There is a lack of discipline and serious misconduct amongst the staff. I cannot understand how they're getting away with it. They have also caused a very bad reputation and this establishment in disrepute They should all be replaced by overseas experienced, qualified.staff who are fully professional mannered at all times.

Room not as indicated as in the booking. So you always have to pay attention and complain until an other room is found. Had to change three times my room in 4 days. First room with balcony door which couldn‘t be closed. Second room ok but still not indicated as in booking (roughly 15-20m2 instead of 40m2). Third room smelled like a dead rat was cooked.

The housekeeping team kept my room in good condition throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at Embassy Gardens was outstanding, largely due to the friendly and professional staff. Great facilities and excellent location to all the inner city popular areas. There was that one person's that made my family’s trip to Ghana, Accra unique and provided an outstanding experience. His name is Chester. I had the pleasure of meeting Chester who picked up my family and I from Kotoka Airport, and I can't express enough how he made my trip truly unique and special. From the moment we crossed paths, Chester went out of his way to accommodate our needs and ensure that my holiday was unforgettable. Chester not only shared his extensive local knowledge, providing insider on tips on hidden gems and must-visit places, but he also acted as a personal guide. Chester was not just a personal assistant but also a friend(a brother). He made my family and I feel welcome and included in his world, introducing me to his culture, customs, and traditions. This added a layer of richness to my experience that I wouldn't have had otherwise. What stood out most was Chester’s genuine warmth and hospitality. On the day of arrival he took my family and I around town to pick up a birthday for my youngest daughter, and shared stories and laughter. These moments created memories that will stay with me forever. In every way, Chester elevated my holiday from a typical trip to an extraordinary adventure.
