My two college friends and I met here for a long weekend. We drove to the Grand Canyon one day and to The Petrified Forest another. This home was close to the destinations in Sedona, there was great hiking a 1/2 mile walk from the house, and the home was clean and well-appointed. I'm super picky about the smell and cleanliness of the home, but I was impressed. Thank you!

The view is all about Sedona beauty. The accommodations beautiful and quirky (only one bathroom has a privacy door to close) and utilities Best run during the day as they are noisy after bedtime. Hot tub spectacular. Full moon delights but kept stargazing at a minimum.

Great location easy access to store, restaurants and coffee shops. Large bedrooms and two with on-suites. Great for 2 or more friends traveling together.

This house is perfect for your Sedona vacation. Perfect location to get to all the things easily but out of the traffic! And the views are just stunning. The house is lovely and has everything you could need. The owners were helpful with tips for our adventures!

The house was clean and up to date with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was super easy. Reallly the only minor issue for us was that there was no blinds or curtains on the front windows which felt unsafe and being a dark sky community that kind of freaked us out a little comming from an urban environment. Also, there are no bathroom doors in the master and junior suites for whatever reason. Other than that it was great. We would stay there again.

Our group of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed 4 nights at this beautiful house last week. The house is located in a very convenient location with Safe Way, Walgreens and starbucks just around the corner ( liternally) Not to mention the patio offers the most stunning view of Red Rock ( both sunrise and sunset) The house is also extremely clean and beddings are super comfortable. Most importantly, the house is only 15 minutes drive to many popular hiking trails and Jeep off-road trails. Overall, we loved our stay very much and it definitely made our Sedona trip extra special by staying here. Look no further, book this now !

The minute you walk in, the view out the back window is breathtaking! The location is close to so many different destinations and close to all amenities. The house was clean and comfortable, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Even if you hang out at the house, you still feel like you're experiencing Sedona with the gorgeous mountain view. The pictures don't do it justice. Peter was a great host. Check-in was super easy and all instructions for the house were very clear. We would stay here again for sure!

Very clean, quiet & convenient location.

The home and furnishings were beautiful and very in keeping with the Arizona surroundings. The view from the home was magnificent! Hiking trails within walking distance with beautiful scenery of the rock formations. Peter was very responsive to our needs. I'm ready to go back! Loved our stay.

We came for a bike trip and the property was clean and had a great view of the mountains.

Wonderful house and accommodations. Only strange feature were no doors in bathroom and open areas above bedroom doors. Beds were comfy. Great kitchen. View of a lifetime !! I would stay there again over and over !!

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Magificent view of red rocks( Permian age 275 million years old) from the terrace or hot tub. Pristine interior and high quality of everything. Luck had it, I was doing fieldwork to the west of Sedona. But the property listed was peaceful and big help.

Not one thing is missing from this property. This home is spacious and super clean with stellar views of the red rocks of Sedona. When we needed support for special needs, Peter, our host could not have been more gracious. Plan a vacation here and you won't be disappointed.

This house is the perfect get away for a family of 6! Highly recommending as the place is very clean.

This was a very nice place to stay over the holiday. My mother-in-law lives nearby and we needed "overflow" housing for extended family over Christmas while her house is being renovated. The master bathroom is basically a splash pad for adults with three different shower heads and a lovely jetted tub. In the other bathroom is another jetted tub. The hot tub is delightful. My sister-in-law and I felt like we were getting to go to the spa every night coming back to this house after a day with family at Nana's. We also got to get up in the morning and have our coffee looking at the gorgeous view of red rocks out of the living room. The yard is also lovely, and we even saw bunnies at one point. Location is very convenient, and the fireplace and heated floor were also nice. The one thing I didn't expect was that there are passthroughs over every bedroom door, presumably for easier climate/humidity control in the house (although that is a guess on our part). Because of those, you can hear a conversation happening in a bedroom pretty clearly in the living room if there's no background noise. This wasn't much of an issue for our group, but may be something that other groups need to consider. All in all, we'd absolutely stay here again.

This rental exceeded our expectations. Centrally located. And also a great place to relax and enjoy the view!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house and it was a great experience. I would stay there again. I don’t think it had been rented in the weeks prior to our stay because there were some cobwebs inside and I had to wipe down the patio furniture and sweep outside right away. For the most part, however, it was clean and tidy. Also, I love to cook and the kitchen is great to cook in...really nice appliances and a good layout. It has a really nice pantry and pretty much everything you need. I do miss having an ice maker but a couple of bags of ice got us through the week. I did have to purchase an inexpensive non-stick pan that I just left there because the cookware and utensils have seen better days and my first attempt at an omelet failed miserably (and I make a great omelette) LOL ...you can see the view from the kitchen which is really nice too. The fire pit outside was a little tricky to use because the knob would not stay pushed in. I leaned a brick on it and it did the job. Sitting out in the evening with a fire and and that view was amazing! We ran out of propane pretty quickly and the owner offered a quick and easy solution. We just switched out the tank from the grill. He was very responsive and nice! Our first morning I sat up in bed and watched 6 javelinas eat their breakfast in the backyard for about 30 minutes! There are a few nice hikes that you can walk to in the rear of the neighborhood. The Sugarloaf Trail was right there and ended in a great view!! Rent this house if it’s on your list! Despite a couple of little things I mentioned, it’s a comfortable and nicely designed home. Great location! Did I mention the view?

This house was perfect for our family of 4. (2 teen girls). The house was lovely, the views were spectacular, the beds comfortable and the house had all the supplies we needed. We spent 4 days in Sedona area hiking with one day trip to Grand Canyon. This house was perfect spot and we highly recommend.

This property is truly one of a kind! Stunning views from the back patio and hot tub, the kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals with two kitchen islands, spacious for a larger family, and conveniently located to everything. This house is exactly how it’s described in the owner’s listing. The only surprising thing was there were no TV’s in the bedrooms, just one located in the main living room. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home to anyone planning a trip to Sedona!
