The main Living area is open concept with stunning red rock views from the dining area, kitchen and den. The Home soothes you with quietness and comfort. The heated stone floors warm your feet in the winter and keep you cool in the summer. Endless hot water allows you to indulge in leisurely relaxing showers after a day of hiking and the assortment of lighting can set the mood for a movie theater experience at night with the 55” flat screen TV. Two indoor spa tubs give you the choice of a champagne bubble bath or a jetted bath, there is a 6 person hot tub on the covered back patio overlooking the mountains. A perfect combination of wood, stone steel and glass make this home a joy to behold and will make your Sedona vacation, a vacation to remember. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants hiking trailhead and entertainment this home puts you close to everything while maintaining a private secluded atmosphere.

We were told just prior to our trip that the washing machine was broken and quotient be ready in time. Other than that, everything else worked out fine. z great views and beautiful home.

Beauty and the Beast offered stunning views, ample space in luxurious setting and was well equipped. As one in our party commented: “This is the best equipped VRBO I have ever been in.” We hope to return with family members in the near future!

Overall the property was nice and as described and as shown in the pictures. We used the hot tub a couple of times (and added chemicals as directed on the laminated sheet), and enjoyed eating outside, watching sunsets, and taking an afternoon break after some early morning hiking.The owner showed up, unexpectedly, at the house an hour after we checked in, despite having at least the previous 6 hours (time between check out and our check in), so they could pick up a brick from the backyard. It felt liked we were being "checked out". There was no heads up, no communication, just a knock on the door.That in of itself, while odd, would have been OK. Unfortunately, it wasn't the only time the owner stopped by either. Part of the VRBO experience is the abscense of the owner. We never knew when they might stop by again, and it left us feeling a little uneasy for our entire stay.One other thing to note for your stay. Perhaps this is common in this area of the country (for air flow?), but there are large openings above the bedroom doors. So, even if you close the door, there is no privacy. Not a concern for the two of us, but if you have a family/group be informed. There are no doors on the bathrooms in the two large bedrooms either. If someone is taking a shower / using the bathroom and you are in the bedroom or the living room you can hear them.

Views are exactly as pictured. Very well appointed and easy walk to trails for an early morning or sunset hike.
