Apartamento bien equipado, con zona de piscina muy agradable para los niños. Bien ubicado y muy seguro.

Debes de comprar o llevar gorro para la piscina. Cuando llegamos las toallas del baño estaban húmedas. El pago debe hacerse a la señora de la limpieza, que lo dificulta ( nosotros se lo dimos al portero )

El apartamento necesita mantenimiento, las paredes se ven agrietadas.

The location is good. The guy from the apartment was kind and promt to help.

Some of the appliances and utilities of the apartment weren't working, the gas stove, the BBQ, and the light of the bathroom was off. They tried to fix them while we were there, but the point is they didn't check for any of that before the rental. The place needs maintenance in general. The other thing is that the AC is only for the bedroom, the living room/dining/kitchen area is are boiling hot, and there is only an electric fan for these areas.

perfect for families! our son loved the pool.

A bit pricey for what it is. But we did see that all over Santa Fe the prices were higher than elsewhere in Colombia.
