This property was clean and a great location on Sanibel Island. We loved using the salt water pool. This unit specifically had a lot of beach and pool items (chairs, umbrella, etc) that we were able to use. The physical manual on the coffee table needs updated and doesn't match all of the information that was emailed, so I think that's why a previous guest mentioned they needed to vacuum etc. It was never communicated to us that that was expected. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was as per the listing. Some of the kitchen items (pots & pans, knives) could be replaced but all in all we had what was needed. The keys were hard to use and lock box was difficult to open.
When reporting an issue with the garbage disposal I was contacted back quickly with resolution.

Condo was smaller and dated. The master bathroom area with the toilet and shower was tiny. I can see where a larger person would have trouble getting in/out of the room. The double sink area was nice. Walk-in closet with a supply closet off of it. Owner states to only use bath towels in the bath area and beach towels only at the pool and beach. I can usually tell the difference between the two types, but, in this case, I couldn't and things were not labeled. Glad we brought our own. The master bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. Pillows were flat and could definitely use updating. If you are used to sleeping with 2 pillows, bring your own. The master lanai was spacious, had a view of the street, and was a collection point for beach accessories. The owner does supply umbrella and chairs and a cart. A few toys were spotted, along with tubes and pool noodles. There were 2 good umbrellas, but someone should take out all the broken stuff. The second bedroom beds were also uncomfortable and wobbly. The 2nd bathroom seemed nice and is bigger than the master. The dining room and living room are dated but decorated simply. The receiver for the tv needed to constantly be reset.. The kitchen has most of what you need. The main lanai was also spacious, with a view of the main parking lot. The parking space for the condo is in a tight corner spot for our truck. Not impossible, but tight. The walk to the beach is easy and there are several paths you can take. The stations to rinse yourself and stuff after the beach are not within the immediate area of the condo or the main path to the condo. There was road construction going on in the immediate area and all the asphalt trucks parked on the property. The office on site is only concerned about the parking space registration. Everything else relating to this condo is a completely separate property manager who is not on site. We could hear all of our neighbors. Several families would play loud music on their balconies. Several were yelling at their kids. We could hear every time someone actually urinated. Not just the flushing of the toilet. Understandably, the owner would like guests to clean up after themselves, to include vacuuming. This is impossible with the supplied vacuum since it is missing a wheel. We also discovered the kitchen sink leaked into a bucket underneath. This is also where additional cleaning supplies are kept. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Arrived to freezing cold unit. Called number of “maintenance” person and left message. Never got return phone call. Went to the store and bought batteries for thermostat to solve problem. Sent owner an email, also never got a response. Toilet in hall bath would keep running if you didn’t lift lid to fix. Never did get TV in living area to work.
Overall, dated unit. Location was good.

Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Short walk/ride to Periwinkle with tons of great shops and restaurants; great location on island. Bike rentals available from the complex. Host was very helpful and responsive. Be sure to check out the tiki bar next door - awesome frozen cocktails!

Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Short walk/ride to Periwinkle with tons of great shops and restaurants; great location on island. Bike rentals available from the complex. Host was very helpful and responsive. Be sure to check out the tiki bar next door - awesome frozen cocktails!

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was nice and quiet at night. We rented bikes for the week and only used our rental car once to go into Fort Myers...Loved how proximate the condo was via bike to Sanibel shops and restaurants. A wonderful stay overall - thank you!
