The house was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved resort pool and amenities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book this property again.

Villa is fantastic lots of space for our party of 11. Pool and games room great to relax in after a hard day walking around the theme parks, both Disney and universal about 20 mins drive. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarket also very close. We had great coms with the property manager and we would definitely book this villa again

House was perfect for all 14 of us. 10-15 minutes from Disney. Game room was a little crowded, it looked bigger in pictures. All the bedrooms were very spacious and nice. Plenty of bathrooms and space was good for a big family. Would definitely rent this place again!

Everything was perfect, just as advertised. Everything was clean. Check-in was easy. Location is about 10-20 minutes from Disney Parks depending on which one you're going to. All the games in the play room worked which has been an issue in the past for our family gatherings so that was exciting. The kids LOVED the pods. Beds were comfy. Not a single complaint. I would warn the next guest to be sure the lids are secured on the garbage containers at outside. The raccoons are determined at night!

Very convenient location that still manages to be in a quieter part of town. Had more than enough space for 4 different families and the kids loved the themed rooms. The pool and pool area were bigger in person.

We have visited this property last year. We loved it so much that we decided to rent it again this year for a longer period but our experience was the same. The communication with owner was great but the property was not in great condition..there were several problems in the house. The bed seem to change, they were firm but now are too soft because my husband was having back issues.

We were comfortable and spacious recommended for large family like ours.

I found this house and couldn’t believe the affordable rate so my family and I instantly booked it. I didn’t do a ton of research on the community prior to booking. I had two families flying in from Canada so as the trip got closer, I started feeling nervous thinking “what if this house isn’t as nice as the pictures?” “what if the community is sketchy or outdated?” I felt a lot of pressure since I was the one who found and booked the house. Safe to say, the house EXCEEDED our expectations!! Despite other reviews of the community, this house was amazing. So clean and perfect for every age group. Also a TON of space. The property managers were great and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I’ll also add that the community amenities (WaterPark with the lazy River, pools, gym, complementary golf cart rides to and from your house) were all fabulous! In terms of location, this house is super close to Target (which my family went twice a day) so it was always super convenient to walk or drive there. Overall, if you want to impress yourself and your family, book this house, you won’t regret it!

I’ll start with the negatives, which didn’t affect our stay much. 1. The cleaning staff was still in the house cleaning when we arrived past the check-in time. They came back and entered without our knowledge to refill toilet paper (which we hadn’t realized). 2. The game room seemed unfinished. The were exposed wires, a hole in the ceiling where a fan/light would go, not enough plugs for all the games to be plugged in. The bottom half of the lights on the wall weren’t plugged in and functioning. The bunk beds were great for the kids but definitely in used condition and had noticeable wear and tear with missing parts. I called and asked to have the lights and non working games addressed in this room. I was told someone would come out, but never did. In the one of the upstairs bathrooms there is trim missing on a portion of the wall and the stickers on the connected Frozen room are ripped and/or peeling 3. After the first day the front gate would not would for anyone, even with the code we were given. I reached out about this. We just used the back entrance where the gate was broken and stayed open 24/7 for the remainder of the stay. The positives: There is lots of space in the house. My kids loved the theater. It was fun to all be together and watch a movie. The bedrooms were all comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in each room. We loved the private pool and hot tub. It is 5ft deep. A starter pack of essentials and toiletries was left. Overall, it was great.

4 families stayed together at 1 of Storey Lake's Orlando VRBO's offering and thoroughly enjoyed our week! It is in a great location, was at a very affordable cost, and has many amenities. While we visited Discovery Cove and SeaWorld, we could have skipped both and just hung around the property.

Our family had a really good time, plenty of space for the 11 of us to spread out. Plenty of bath linens, beach towels and the kitchen was well stocked! We would highly recommend, and would love to stay here again in the future!

The property was clean & exactly as represented on VRBO. The owners were responsive & timely in communications. Very central location for Disney & Universal Park experiences. Access to a crib & high chair made for a comfortable experience with our 18 month old grand. Highly recommend this property - the 13, 11 & 8 yr old boys LOVED the sleep/game room.

We had a large group that stayed at the property. The house was just as described and very clean. This house is so close to shopping and to 192 which has many restaurants. Communication with Diamond was amazing! They always answer quickly with questions. All the beds were extremely comfortable. If we have to come down for another competition, we will definitely be using this house again!

We have stayed in Storey Lake before, but it was in a condo. This house was big enough to accommodate our entire party which we were there for a cheer event. The kids loved the Star Wars room, game room and pool. House was clean and communication was great when we had an issue with the air. The only thing that would be great is if check in was a few hours earlier after traveling all night. However, we were able to leave our belongings in the house while they cleaned and we were able to utilize the pool/waterpark at Storey Lake. I would rent this home again if ever we were bringing a large group in the future!

The air conditioner downstairs didn't cool the area off, pool chair was broken. Game room had broken things. Furniture was in poor condition inside and outside by the pool. A lot of money for things that were in poor condition.

Perfect space for our party of 8 including 3 kids. We were impressed that the house was even more impressive than in photos. Easy access to house during check-in. Enough supplies were provided for our first few days. Location is amazing- close to supermarkets, restaurants, and theme parks. Pool and hot tub were perfectly heated for us. No issues with neighbors or noise. We had no reasons to contact management. We would absolutely rent this house again for future trips to Orlando!
