Hi , I just to inform you that I had the worst experience ever in my life wihle traveling ,knowing that i always use booking in all European countries that I have traveled to (you can check my history in your system ) the reasons that made me make this statement are : * The room was so cold with an A/C that wasn't working well as it doesn't switch from cold to hit . *lack of blankets in the room. * Brocken toitlet in a way that everything stays no matter how we push water . * And mostly we got blocked on Whatsapp as soon we paid and checked in by Mr Alex the guy who supposed to fix our issues wihle we are staying in the flat ,as he didn't bother himself to check on us till the day of check out !!!??? But we still believe in booking and that's why we used again booking's service to book another acommundation for the rest of our stay in Barcelona . Thanks for asking for our feedback ,we really appreciate that.

The host was super polite and helpful. There was market and metro station near the apartment.

Location was far away from main tourist attraction, The apartment was untidy, dusty and dirty. I cleaned the apartment by myself.

Apartment was amazing but even better than that was the host we have a problem and he couldn't have been more helpful. So for this reason I can only give it 10 out of 10

I wish to had find this property when I first arrived in Barcelona. The best location, best facilities and value. Totally recommended

Nothing to declare

If you can't stay in the normal appartment let it know and give some discount. There were no windows in the other appartment. Bad!
