Condo is really just steps from the ocean. The big sliding glass door gives a beautiful view of the beach.

Clean property with a wonderful ocean view. Ocean water was bath water warm with a nice surf. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Did not miss having a car.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it! You’ll fall in love with the beach view and sunrises. The condo is spotless and fully stocked with everything you can imagine ! Communication with the owner was great and checkin was a breeze. It’s located close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, rentals for boats, kayaks, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for either a quick getaway or a few weeks vacation, this is the place to go!

Our hostess was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond In making us feel like special guests. The condo was cute, clean and comfy. The oceanfront location was gorgeous and so relaxing.

Best location for everything. The beach is directly in front of you. The beach shack was so fun. Have to have a rum runner! We are going back soon!

Maria was an excellent hostess! The property was perfect for my husband and I. She even took the time to let us know when interesting local events were taking place and restaurant recommendations. It was more than I expected!

Literally oceanfront- 2nd level view of the ocean with steps down leading right to beach, everything you could possibly need on premises, close to restaurants, but in a part of the beach that is not crowded. A minor issue with how to open the sliding glass doors was instantly remedied with a visit from the owner in 2 minutes. The bed has a great mattress. Ceiling fans in the LR and BR plus a box fan in addition to great air con made a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Marcia has everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, fully stocked kitchen. Cute little place in the perfect location.

Great location! Right on the beach, easy walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Condo had everything we needed from stocked kitchen to beach supplies including chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed last December and had a great experience, so we decided to try it again. The experience was just as good.

The unit is fixed up and in great condition - the location is close to a couple of bars which was very convenient - a little older but i loved the view and the charm

Marcia’s beach condo gets 5 stars all the way! My wife and I have been visiting Cocoa Beach for almost a decade and this is one spot we will definitely return to. Marcia made sure to care for everything, down to allowing us to set our own door code which made checking in a breeze. And speaking of breezes, you can’t get closer to the water anywhere else. The beach access was dreamy. The condo itself was super clean, stocked with everything we needed and then some, and had GREAT AC (hard to come by in Florida’s intense summers, we’ve found). The furniture was perfectly comfortable - more like what you’d find in a permanent home than a rental - for the times we wanted to chill inside instead of out, and the best part: you still get an amazing view through the double sliding doors! Our favorite spot after a day on the beach, though, was out on the balcony. The view, of course, is phenomenal, and you’re close enough to the action to enjoy this lively part of Cocoa Beach while not having to be right in the middle of it. We loved listening to the live music next door at Coconuts while we sipped our drinks, chatted, and watched the ocean. Sure, there was music later into the night, too, that we could hear from the bed, but we didn’t find it to be so loud that we couldn’t fall asleep, and we knew to expect it being in downtown Cocoa Beach. The trade off is you have several really great restaurants, bars, and shops within a short walk. Well worth it. Finally, communication with Marcia was easy. She responded quickly when I had questions and was very accommodating. So glad we found this gem!
