Super cute place to stay and a great location! Easy walk to the beach. So nice to be able to just walk back to the condo and enjoy lunch before heading back out to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located to restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second time staying here and we still love it. The condo is clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for including beach chairs, umbrella, etc.

Unit was perfect for my friend and me. Convenient to get anywhere, and the dedicated parking space was clutch. Beach access was beautiful, and owners are well-organized and had everything in the unit that you need. Would totally stay there again.

After Several days of hustle and bustle this condo was welcoming and perfect for the wind down part of our vacation Great amenities for the kitchen and outdoor play. Deck is spacious and great to share a meal with family.

Great property awesome location

We stayed here with our 7 year old daughter for a few nights. The condo is Downtown Cocoa Beach and we were able to park and walk everywhere. We enjoyed the live music that Coconuts on the Beach had next door. What a great location! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for us to use. We enjoyed our coffee with the sunrises in the mornings on the patio. You are steps from the beach and the condo has it's own beach access. The Wi-Fi was fast and we enjoyed logging into our Netflix account so our daughter could watch her shows before bed on the sleeper sofa. The owners must have upgraded this mattress as it was actually really comfortable. This condo was perfect for our small family and we would stay here again the next time we visit Cocoa Beach.

I wanted to love this place. However the positives absolutely do not balance the negatives. The positives: You cannot beat the beach view and access. It's basically your back yard. Sunrise is amazing. The BEST restaurant in Cocoa Beach is 1 min away. coconuts on the beach. This is a rental that would be great for people wanting to Drink and party spring break style the entire stay all year round. Definitely not for a family or a couple wanting a quiet stay by the beach and require sleep to function. (Like us) The Negatives: Pay attention to the reviews about the noise here. They are no joke. There are bars and restaurants within 15 yards of the buildings They blast EDM all night at wall shaking volume. Part of the window blind came down and hit my husband in the face. Before that we had a drunk girl throwing up under the bedroom window or between the cars screeching "Come ON Britney!! Get Ur ath over her" Over and over and over and over... People will actually lean or sit on the cars in the condo parking smoking and talking. The locks on both of the doors are shockingly flimsy. The patio door lock doesn't work, If you want to go out to the beach you have to put a broom handle down to block the sliding glass door. Then you go out the front and around to the backyard. Otherwise you just leave the sliding glass door unlocked. The front door can and looks like it has been jimmied with a credit card or a long flathead screw driver. Use the bolt lock when you are inside. The ceiling is so thin that you can track where the people above you are at, and figure out who's footsteps are who's. We could hear everything they did above us. On day 3 we tried to find another place to stay we're so tired, but even motel 6 was booked out due to the launch of Artemis. So we spent our vacation stressed out, sleeping on a pull out couch listening to the kids above us cry and the parents stomped around. With EDM playing yards away. Now, the owners of the property are aware of all of the noise issues. But are helpless. They are also very kind. It's just that The condos are in an unfortunate location. And there isn't much to be done about it. But I wish I had known all of this before renting. If you want peace and quiet avoid this place. If you are all about the spring break scene this is the perfect place.

Property looked rough but the condo was just enough for us. Would stay with Host again just not in the area.

Have never been to Cocoa Beach. Brought my family (wife and 2 daughters). This place was great. Fit all of our needs and the location was fantastic. Walk right out onto the beach and walk to a number of restaurants/shops/etc. would most certainly stay here again.

This condo is perfect for those looking for easy access to the beach as it’s right outside your door! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beach access is amazing and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants nearby can get a little loud at night and we did have some noise from the people upstairs, so if you are someone that needs total peace a quiet this might not be for you, but it didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend this place for couples or small families that are looking for a fun and laid back beach stay.

The building is older and doesn’t look fancy but the condo is super beautiful. It has all of the things you need, is well decorated, very comfortable, and not cluttered with a bunch of stuff. The price was great. The location to everything was great. The beach was right outside the door and was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and enjoying both sun and shade. We drive a large pickup truck and parking was a bit of a challenge but the owners helped us immediately and all was good. We really liked this place. You will too.

Back patio needs cleaned but other than that everything was great.

This condo is excellent for a small family like ours! All the amenities listed plus more were there. The place was very clean and we had no issues. Very pleased with our trip!

Great Location and very pretty!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for our needs. The A/C went out on our 2nd day but the property owner had a ticket in to power & light before we could report it. We had plans to be out for the day anyway and the A/C was fixed well before we returned. The owner kept us informed the entire time. Excellent communication. I would say everything was perfect, but would say the bedroom could use room darkening curtains as there is a security light for the parking lot right outside the window. It really didn’t bother us too much as we were so tired every night, but it would be nice to have for mornings too. Other than that little suggestion, 5 stars!

Everything was wonderful. Parking is 15’ feet from the door, everything you need (except your food ) is in the condo. Beautiful view from inside and outside on patio. Walk right out to beach without shoes and enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!

The property is showing its age. Manager was excellent and very responsive. Did have very heavy walking people above us. This caused us to leave a day early. Wasn't getting very good sleep.

We stayed here in the winter and were very impressed. The condo had everything we needed and more. The beach is just steps away from your door which was extremely convenient when you have little kids. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The restaurant by the condo was excellent! I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved being able to walk barefoot to the beach!

We enjoyed the condo.With just my husband and college aged daughter it was just enough space. The condo was well appointed and clean. It had everything we needed to cook dinners and enjoy the beach. We hope to come back to enjoy it again in the future.
