When we arrived, we had been going on 4 hours of sleep. We were immediately able to get comfortable and rest. It was extremely clean, well organized, and had all the basic essentials. The washer/dryer was awesome to have and was supplied with detergent. The location felt safe and had friendly neighbors. It was a short walk to all the sights on Duval and the neighboring areas. Definitely recommend and would love to come again!

This was the perfect vacation spot that we will definitely go to again. The location and property were perfect. Very clean, updated, comfortable home. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Our family really enjoyed our time in this condo which was within walking distance to so many places and in a safe gated community. It was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever rented which is really important to us. Communication with the owner/manager was great and they addressed all questions/concerns in a timely manner. The only down side was the pool area which was very small, cold and the felt like a library environment with the posted rules (no music allowed, no jumping in the pool, no drinks, etc). We chose to go to the beaches instead, our favorite being Fort Zachary which was less than a 5 minute drive.

Exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean and comfortable, this was a perfect location for a week’s stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived and parked and didn’t get in the car again until our departure. The Hen is centrally located and walkable to everything. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed time on the back deck.
The walls were a bit thin between units and a few nights we had neighbors who were loud into the early morning but the white noise we use helped drown it out; A consideration if one is a light sleeper though it is an expected part of condo living.
Alicia’s recommendations for nearby eateries were on target and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property overall is great. I would rate it 4 stars but the couch is shot and needs to go. Otherwise it is as advertised. Clean, great location and reasonably priced. The couch needs to be put in a dump and replaced. It is uncomfortable on about every level you can imagine.

Lovely condo in a great location! Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Updated, comfortable beds and very clean. It can get vey hot in the keys, the condo was cool and comfortable. The owner was easy to reach and offered great recommendations. We would stay again.

This condo is beautifully appointed and has made great use of the spaces. The finishes are top of the line. The is the nicest apartment I have stayed in at the Shipyard in Truman Annex.

Love this condo. Nice location in the Truman Annex area of KW. This spot is perfect and close to everything in Key West. All updated and well maintained with a fantastic host. Spent a week with my wife and daughter relaxing in the sun. Would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Key West. The location was perfect for quick access to everything nearby. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere and next time will try out some local nine rentals. The condo is well appointed with plenty of staples and we had everything we needed for the entire stay. The design is very functional and comfortable. We had zero issues with the A/C that a few have mentioned in previous reviews and found the temperature more than comfortable. We also took advantage of the restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. Overall 10/10!

Charming condo in Key West!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Truman Annex condo! The condo was very comfortable, immaculate and decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed. We loved the close proximity to downtown as well as Fort Zach. Highly recommend!

The community is nice and quiet itself, with a small pool too. Its location is only a few minutes walk to Duval and all the action, so it was perfect for friends going out each day and each night. It was very nice to have a home. The place was clean, nice and very cute. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to all tourist locations. Kids playground is 5 minutes walking which was ideal. Host is very helpful and nice person. Will stay there again

This is a great condo with a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to both Duval Street and Zachary Taylor park (which has a great beach). Communication and check in was easy. Place was exactly as advertised. I will definitely look to stay here again!

Very clean with comfortable beds and good lighting. Kitchen had everything we needed- even a coffee bean grinder for the Cuban Coffee Queen beans!! Quiet neighborhood and I didn’t hear any roosters! Inside temp at 74F was fine for sleeping - the ceiling fan in the bedroom created a nice breeze and the outside temps were mild while we were there. Beautiful place and close to Duvall and Faustos grocery store.

I was there for the powerboat races and it was amazing! Close walk to the pits and Duval St made getting to everything super easy! Can’t wait until next year!
