We were very disappointed to get to the location for spring break and discover the pool was closed. We were notified there would be construction on the building but not that the pool would be closed. I emailed to ask about the pool and did received an apology that we weren’t notified. The description mentions the newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is okay but definitely not new. The tile in the condo was so filthy I had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The entire condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The bathrooms need updated and cleaned. The master bathroom shower visibly old and stained. The ceiling in the 3rd bathroom looks like it’s caving in. The beds were okay but most of them squeak and make loud noise. The rugs and table runners are dirty and need attention. Don’t get me wrong we made the best of it and again the location is great. I’m disappointed that I paid so much because it wasn’t worth it. We had no choice but to make the best of it. I definitely wouldn’t rent this condo again until it really gets updated, sufficiently cleaned and the pool open.

We enjoyed being able to walk to Coligny Plaza, as well as the Adventure Playground for the kids. Great location!

This condo has room for a large family, beach toys in the closet and there are family board games to sit around the large dining room table to play. A wonderful location; close to restaurants, shops and steps aways from pool and beautiful beach! Yes, rent this condo!

They came and replaced the DVD player immediately when it didn't work. The only drawback was the bedroom with two full beds was rather warm, especially at night and we weren't able to turn the air down lower than 68. Otherwise, everything was great!

We enjoyed everything, but we thought the listing was facing the ocean. That is why we chose this location. When we checked in, we were facing the parking lot.

Great location, within walking distance from the beach and the South Beach amenities. The unit was nicely decorated and furnished. The condo was extremely well provided (kitchen tools and utensils, towels and linens as well as beach accessories).

Perfect location

My family has been coming to Ocean One for the past 3 years. We love the location, the condos are oceanfront and close to the beach. There are several great restaurants close by, plus a couple of grocery stores and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza Shopping Center.

This is a spacious condo in a great location! Bathrooms are updated and the place was very clean. It is about time to update kitchen, but it was functional. Would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach, close to shopping and fun, and ice cream!! Enjoyed staying here and will stay again.
