This place is immaculate. The Town Park and walking trail is right outside your door. The location is within a few blocks of everything you need. Kristin, the host, was great to deal with as well. Oh did I mention the view? We will be back!

This perfect spot was just the place to take in the amazing views of Telluride. It’s very close to the river, trails and mountain views, and also very accessible to town. Very well set up for a home away from home. We hope to visit again soon.

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect size for an individual or couple. One step away from the walkways, bike path, town park, and beaver ponds. A short drive or a good bike to Bridal Veil Falls. It was great to park our car and be a very short walk to great restaurants, activities, and the gondola to Mountain Village. Inside the apartment, the views up the canyon are spectacular. It is 2nd story, end unit and the best views in the complex. It also offered better privacy than other units because it was an end unit. We enjoyed the hot tub view up to the mountains. We can't wait to return!

I really can’t say enough positive words about the place. Very comfortable accommodations and great location in town. We had it timed at about 8 minutes to walk to the gondola. Kristin was a great host: accomodated an early check in and assisted with several questions of the area, such as which shuttle was best to take from montrose. We would definitely return and we’ve already begun initial discussions on when that could be.

This unit has the most amazing views. Also, close walking distance to everything in town, including the Gondola. Check-in process was very smooth and Kristin was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has the best views of any in-town condo in Telluride. It's on the third floor overlooking Town Park. We usually stay in Mountain Village, but were swayed by the photos that really don't do the views justice. It's a few minutes walk to everything in town. The covered reserved parking under the building made move-in and out super easy - especially with a lot of snow. The owner is very invested in making sure you have a great stay and the condo has everything you'll need to be comfortable. We'll definitely stay again! The only downside was that I was later than normal getting on the slopes because I thoroughly enjoyed taking in those views from the sofa drinking my coffee. Stunning!

Condo was as expected…clean, well stocked with supplies and great location.! Kristin was responsive and checkin was easy. Would stay here again. Only notation is bathroom rug needed to be washed.

Our stay in Kristin's condo was perfect for our wedding weekend! We wanted a space just for the two of us, and it was the ideal home base for our festivities. It was great to be right next to Town Park and a very short walk to our favorite restaurants, trails, shops, and the venue for our welcome party.
It was unseasonably hot the first couple of days we were there (AC is a rarity in Telluride), and Kristin was very accommodating in reimbursing us for an extra box fan for the space. She was quick to respond and very helpful.
One suggestion we have is to address the sticky drawer in the dresser. We like to unpack when we're staying somewhere for more than a night or two, and the middle dresser drawer was super difficult to open. Not a ton of hangers either. It might be time for a new dresser ;) but it wasn't a deal breaker at all.
We loved relaxing on the patio — great views! We also appreciated the full-size kitchen and the easy entry with a digital keypad. It was nice to not have to worry about keeping track of a key! The large sectional was really comfortable as well.

Great Location
We stay at Telluride a lot and this is our favorite location. The view is fantastic. It is close to everything. The covered parking is a huge plus. And the owners were very responsive to any concerns. Five stars!

Cozy Apartment
The apartment is ideally located - right on tue San Felipe river trail that runs along the length of Telluride. The apartment has stunning views! The property manager, Kristin, was very helpful when we needed to reach out to her. These apartments have a community hot tub as well which we enjoyed on the crisp chilly evenings. We stayed in a different unit in the same apartment complex last summer. The location is great!

Amazing views
This home is nothing short of amazing! My husband and I enjoyed a birthday weekend here and we couldn’t stop pinching ourselves with the view. It was snowing the entire time so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or outdoor seating area but we would love to return sometime to enjoy those!
The house is clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. The view from the shower is stunning also.
The home is located right on the river trail and we were able to step out the door and walk for miles in every direction. You are also close to many shops and restaurants and the stop for the trolley is right outside the door.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting Telluride!

Gorgeous. Every area or room (and bathroom) have a view. We greatly enjoyed it! Gondola access was easy to get to and the Village Market was a short - couple blocks walk from the unit. This is located about a 4 block walk to the gondola/ski lift. Not a short walk, but walkable. It is very close to the center of the town and right on the creek and the path along the creek. So, the location is excellent and very convenient. The condo is nice and in good condition. A double bed in the bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. One basic bathroom and a small, but nice kitchen. There's a shared hot tub that is small, but nice and strangely not used much by anyone but us. The owner is very responsive and good communicator. Good place to stay for skiing in Telluride.

This building is literally *at* the entrance to city park, and for the evening shows, we could sit out on the patio and hear the bands from the condo. Mornings were beautiful with the large windows on 2 sides due to this being a corner unit. Couldn't have been a better stay! Was great having reserved parking and a washer/dryer as well.

My wife and I stayed here during Jazzfest and it could not have been a more perfect spot. This building is literally *at* the entrance to city park, and for the evening shows, we could sit out on the patio and hear the bands from the condo. Mornings were beautiful with the large windows on 2 sides due to this being a corner unit. Couldn't have been a better stay! Was great having reserved parking and a washer/dryer as well.

The outdoor patio was superb with not only great views but also an astounding amount of visiting hummingbirds. No driving is needed since you can walk everywhere. A definite bonus as finding parking in Telluride is challenging . We would definitely recommend this 5 star property!

This was a very last minute booking and the host was amazingly accommodating. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is great, you could hear the creek outside your window. Views from large patio of the mountains. Easy walk to gondola, many great restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!
