Surf Court 14 ist ein zweistöckiges Stadthaus, das sich einen Flug über dem Straßenniveau befindet. Forest Beach Stadthaus bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Queensize-Betten im Schlafzimmer 2, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Einheit 14 befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Meer und auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Van der Meer Tennis Center. Urlauber, die ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis suchen, stören sich nicht an dem kurzen Weg zum und vom Meer und parken gern vor der Haustür ihrer Wohnung. Eine Wendeltreppe vom Wohnbalkon bietet einfachen Zugang zum wunderschön gestalteten Innenhof und zum großen Swimmingpool. Das Surf Court liegt nur 3 Blocks vom Coligny Plaza und dem Beach Park & Market entfernt. We took a last minute road trip for April vacation to Hilton Head and had a great time! We used the beach gear service and we were impressed and happy with the convenience. Location is excellent! Pool was clean and very quiet, really enjoyed this as the beach was windy when we were there. Kitchen supplies are sparse, I had to buy a clean sponge and ration the dish soap. Bring your own salt/pepper, cleaning wipes, sponge, tin foil/plastic wrap. Musty smell seemed to be coming from washing machine area, needs to be addressed. Overall, great stay and we were happy with the value and friendly service with the rental company! Would return.

This unit is a wonderful rental in a great location. It’s such a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean and there was great communication with the rental company. We had an issue with the dryer and the next day someone was there to take a look. Will, from the rental company, even came at 8:00 that night to help problem solve, which we appreciated.
