Surf Court 7 - Forest Beach Townhouse
Surf Court ist ein Ozean-orientierte Komplex mit Apartments im ersten Stock, zwei Stockwerke und dreistöckigen Reihenhäusern. Surf Court 7 ist ein zweistöckiges Stadthaus, ein Flug über dem Straßenniveau. Surf Court 7 wurde 2011 renoviert. Die Küche und 2 1/2 Bäder wurden komplett erneuert. Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, zwei Königinnen im Schlafzimmer 2, Wohnzimmer Schlafsofa. Dieses Anwesen befindet sich gegenüber vom Strand in eine Richtung und vom Van der Meer Tennis Center in der anderen. Urlauber sucht ein gutes Preis-Leistungs habe nichts dagegen, den kurzen Weg zum und vom Meer und wie Parkplatz vor der Haustür ihrer Wohnung. Über eine Wendeltreppe vom Wohn Balkon bietet einen einfachen Zugang zum schön gestalteten Innenhof und ein großes Schwimmbad. Surf Court ist 3 Blöcke vom Coligny Plaza und dem Beach Park & Market. Dieses malerische Innenstadt bietet seinen Gästen eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsprogramm für alle Altersgruppen.

The town home is very attractive. It’s location was very convenient to shopping, walking and the beach It was quiet. The property’s common areas are very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. The dishwasher is full of rust and should be replaced.The sliding door to go out to the back porch/pool area is extremely hard to open. The stair carpet is very dirty. It would be nice to have screens on all windows so you could open them. The half bath’s fan was only working intermittently. The insides of the tank on the toilet of the double bedroom bath had to be put back together daily so it wouldn’t run non-stop.

Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one. No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

I enjoyed staying at 7 surf court. It was clean, updated, and right across the street from the beach. I did have to go out and buy a sharp knife because there weren’t any but that was no big deal. I’d definitely book here again.
