Die Casa Samba verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 6 Bäder und wurde in eine Klippe gebaut. Sie blickt auf den Regenwald mit weitem Blick auf den Pazifik in der Nähe des weißen Sandstrandes Playa Espadilla. Das Haus liegt in der perfekten kleinen Nachbarschaft, mit viel Privatsphäre für Ihren nächsten Urlaub. Sie werden auch genießen, dass das Haus zu lokalen Restaurants, Geschäften und zum Nationalpark Manuel Antonio sehr zugänglich ist. Der Nationalpark ist mehr als einen Besuch wert, nicht nur, weil Sie so nah sind, sondern auch, weil er wunderschöne Strände, wild lebende Tiere und erstaunliches Grün beheimatet.

Die mehrstöckigen Wohnräume der Villa sind alle offen für Meeresbrise und tropische Gärten mit exotischen Klängen und Düften aus der örtlichen Flora und Fauna. Dies ist nicht die typische Ferienvilla, die hastig gebaut wurde, um einen schnellen Schlag zu bekommen. Der Besitzer lebte tatsächlich mit seiner Familie in Casa Samba und scheute keine Details, um dieses Haus zu einem originellen und exquisit gestalteten balinesischen Stil zu machen. Mit offenen Deckenbalken aus Bambus, handgeschnitzten Steinen und glasierten Steingutspülen, kundenspezifischem Mauerwerk und Fliesen, exotischen Harthölzern und Originalkunstwerken aus aller Welt.

Der Pacific Canyon Drive ist eine private Wohngegend, die an der Hauptstraße von Manuel Antonio liegt. Andrés, our host was very welcoming and served all of our needs expeditiously. The house has beautiful ocean views and is spacious.We were in Quepos to fish a tournament and the transportation was always on time. I would not recommend this house for guests with young children as there are 50 steps to reach the entrance and the main bedrooms within the house are all reached by a spiral staircase with a single bedroom on each of the upper 4 levels. Also the pool on one side has a narrow path with no railing and the drop off is steep. The outdoor seating area off of the kitchen was our main hang out area, as well as the tv room which is on the third level and has open walls with a wonderful breeze and a pool table. The housekeeper did our laundry daily which was a huge bonus. It was fun to watch the monkeys playing on the rooftops below and bouncing off of the trees. I would recommend this house for an adult get away.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location! The view is mindblowing. Air conditioning was ice cold. Maid service every day. Carlos and Andreas helped us with everything we needed. The private chef made the best lobster I’ve ever had. 10/10 with everything! We will absolutely be back. Note: There are a lot of steps in this home. And I mean a lot. So just take note of that if you have anyone with mobility issues. But that’s the price you gotta pay if you want to be on a home built into a mountain with spectacular views. Worth it!

We absolutely loved Casa Samba. The host, concierge and housekeeper were helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was ideal in terms of being quietly situated off the main road but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We saw wildlife everyday. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool was a nice addition, allowing us to cool off after long days doing activities. If we return to Manuel Antonio we will definitely book this property again.

My family of 4 stayed the first week of November and had a phenomenal visit. The house was much bigger than we needed and we'd love to return with more people but it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom - and really their own floor of the house. We used 4 of the 5 bedrooms and the 4th was used as my husband's office. He tried to work in the game room/living room area but the monkeys were too distracting ;)
Every morning we were visited first by white faced monkeys and then squirrel monkeys. Most mornings a few iguanas visited us as well. One morning we woke to a family of howler monkeys. So we saw all 3 types of monkey people go to the National Park to see - right on the property!
Another highlight were the 2 days we had the chef come. Chef Jorge and his assistant, Ashley, were amazing! We feasted, didn't have to clean up a thing, and then had leftovers to enjoy. Speaking of cleaning...the housekeeper, Roxy, came daily and saved us after my daughter's luggage didn't arrive until our last day and we desperately needed to launder the few items we bought at Walmart to carry us through the week.
Location is amazing - just a few minutes drive down the hill to the National Park entrance, right near good restaurants, shops, and markets.
We enjoyed reading in countless chairs with epic views and popping in for a swim in the pool. Beach towels and pool towels were provided.
The only challenges we had weren't specific to this property - the road into this private community is quite bumpy but you'll get used to it and we got by with a bad rental sedan and the internet is as good as it gets in Costa Rica - not what we're used to in the US. My husband struggled at times to maintain connectivity and couldn't really do video calls. But that's Costa Rica for you!
We'll be back here for sure! We had an absolutely amazing stay!!
