The location was perfect especially for the price point. We literally walked across the street to the beach! The only thing was we ran out of propane - tank should have been replaced. We happened to run into the cleaning staff right as they were finishing up and they were super friendly! We will definitely book this house again.

Great house .Great location. Great toys. Our family, my 2 kids there families including my 3 grandchildren. They had the time of their lives.10 year old learned how to use the paddle board. The 2 little ones 3 and 4, loved playing in the water and trying the paddle board.

Proximity to the bay was perfect. Lots of choices for meals.

Property is as described and reviews were accurate. The location is the winning feature. Some minor maintenance issues and definitely needs a new couch, but these are minor compared to view and ability to walk easily to 2nd Street and beach. It does not have central air but the bedroom units were fine for sleeping. Kitchen good except oven no markings for temperature. King bed is very high! Comfortable beds. For the area, a great find. Clean. You can only use parking spot if you have small car. We were able to get street parking at night. Friendly and safe area.

The location was great. The home was great for our needs. Kelley met us there and was lovely. I need to mention that the cleaners did not leave until 3:30ish However. We received a message on our drive to the home to say the front room was being worked on due to a roof leak. We get that. The front room was not available to us until about 5:30 pm. The privacy blinds were not reinstalled as the work was not completed. The carpet and blinds were stored behind a couch along with the ceiling fan blades, so the fan was not functional. No biggie. With a 7 year old in the home, the fact that the light covers and power covers were not put back did bother us. The following day the roofers returned and we were not able to use the front verandah until 5:00pm that day. as there was an extension cord covering the front step and roof debris falling lightly to the ground while the roofers loudly continued their repairs. walking back and forward across the verandah. From Friday to Monday when we left we enjoyed our time. I do not believe the house was ready for guests! I understand that roof leaks happen and nobody wants further damage. If the home was ready for living in, I would certainly stay there again.

This is a beautiful property both inside and outside! Bay is right across the street and the ocean just a short walk away.The beds are very comfortable and it even has a washer and dryer.

Perfect home base for your Long Beach adventure. Have fun outside, come back to recharge. Clean (you can smell the cleaning agents), sand free, and beautiful view to wake up to. It was very relaxing to have coffee while watching people swim and paddle across the bay. It is quiet but you can hear the upstairs occupants. I do wish the water pressure and temperature was better.

When we arrived the property was a mess and dirty so tried to contact manager without success. The cleaners did turn up about 2 hours later and asked us to go out while they cleaned. We still had to empty the dishwasher afterwards and we did get a message apologising but that was it. Unfortunately that tainted the holiday. Location ok but lots of traffic directly outside and tv kept buffering.

The property was right across the street from the Alamitos Bay. It was wonderful watching all the activities on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable and very clean accommodations. Kitchen fully equipped. Short walk to 2nd street which has every restaurant imaginable, no cooking for us! Owners were friendly and helpful when a few questions came up. Would rent this property again if an opportunity arises.

This little place is carefully thought out - it’s got everything you could think of. We were in the area visiting our son and his family who live here. We would not normally pick Long Beach as a destination otherwise, but we were surprised at the Belmont Shores area with lots of choices for eating, etc. and the bay is lovely. Unit could use some updates, but we were cozy and comfortable and happy here Would stay again when we are back in the area. Owner was very hospitable.

This property was perfect for our needs. Right on the water, the kids loved walking up and down the shoreline!

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach and walking/riding pathways. Tons of restaurants and shops withing a few minutes walk, as well. The front porch was great for people watching and sunrise catching! It could use a deep cleaning, but the towels were fresh and the beds were comfortable. Overall happy with our stay.

We live in Long Beach and needed extra space to host our guests in town from the Northwest. We had a wonderful time taking full advantage of the unbeatable location nearby to two beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, ferry boat rides, and every other amenity you could want. Kelley was great to communicate with and made the whole stay seamless. Kids and adults all loved it!

Excellent location, good access by car to all LA area activities. Beach access good, the beach on front is a small bay off the ocean. Very walkable access to 2nd St. and all the nice restaurants and small shops there (high recommendations for restaurants Nico's and Roe). The property has three bedrooms, the master bedroom bed is very high and unsuitable for people with any mobility issues - one almost has to climb down from the bed. The property has great potential, but is currently quite worn out and cleanliness was not optimal. The bikes mentioned in the description were not in usable condition, the SUP boards were fine. Easy access to the rental owner and good parking opportunities right outside on the street and also one behind the house.

Perfect location, beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The porch is a perfect way to start and end the evening.

Had a great anniversary and birthday celebration. This property is in a fantastic location and we'll maintained. Only negative is that it needs a new can opeaner(cut myself on the one here and ended up using a knife) . But other than that had a wonderful stay.

The house in the neighborhood we’re both just as cute as we had hoped. I would stay here again.

This is second year in neighborhood. We already booked for next year. Enjoyed location very much. Beds were comfortable.

The house is older with some updates. It was great that they had 2 SUPs and some beach gears for us to use. The location is wonderful and it's great that from 9a-5p, the street in front of the house is closed to traffic.

The place wasn't as clean as it should have been (grease splatters on and in microwave, floors not really clean). Kelley stopped by and we showed her. She took pictures and I think she will be getting with the cleaning person. Other than that, the place was great! Right across the street from the Belmont Shores Bay. We will be back!
