Due to the size of our family, we frequently stay at VRBOs instead of hotels. This is *the cleanest* rental we've ever stayed in. The location was very convenient for our trips to Disney, The Aquarium of the Pacific, The Cube, Medieval Times, L.A., and even down the coast to visit various beaches. The beach directly outside the front of the property was family-friendly and very nice. It was so fun to see all of the boats coming and going throughout the day. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the water upon arrival was a lifesaver when our Walmart+ order got canceled. We heard the unit below us a few times, but overall it was very quiet and peaceful stay. Communication with Steve was easy, parking worked out well, and we had a fabulous time.

Location is perfect. Lots to do in the neighborhood and so many restaurants and bars to choose from if looking for nightlife. Amazing setup at the house and we communicated with Steve throughout the process of renting. He was awesome!! Will definitely be back when on the west coast. Thank you again.

The place was perfect for our family. The view out the front was perfect. The rooftop patio was used less than expected because its in the back and the view is of the alley. The place had everything we needed for a family with all ages.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time in LA. We did daytrips and went kite surfing which is right in front of the apartment. Location was perfect for us. Good size apartment and good equiped, we had everything we needed.

First, we were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view out the front window. The kids loves walking down to the beach and didn’t want to leave. It was well appointed for the size rental. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We enjoyed a 2-week stay at this unit, and loved every minute of it! A perfect location for exploring Long Beach and the surrounding area.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!! It far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Steve & Cheryl were fantastic. They were easy to reach, always available & went above/beyond to make sure all our needs were met. We were in California for a tough/emotional time - our mother’s celebration of life. Knowing that the home & everything we needed was so perfect made the whole trip & experience that much more incredibly memorable for our whole family. Thank you very much!! Beautiful location with fantastic views. Easy to find, parking and great outdoor space. House had all we needed and worked so well for our family. We actually rented both units which worked perfectly for our needs and allowed both groups to get together but also have time apart. Highly recommend.

My family really loved staying at Steve's place. The apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and we kept the front shades up to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The back courtyard was really nice to sit in. All the rooms had TV's with all the streaming services which was great. Belmont shores was a great neighborhood, we got takeout from Roe seafood on multiple occasions and loved walking the beach in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about the Belmont Shores beach house! Steve made check in a breeze and included all information in the first message. The location could not have been more perfect. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

The view from this home is stunning and the accommodations were well appointed.

Everything honestly was beyond 5 stars. The place is even more amazing than the photos show. This was not the purpose for the stay though. This property is close to Miller's Children & Women's hospital. My 8 week old grand daughter had to go in to cardiac ICU on Friday night. It had been an all nighter in the ER and my daughter and son in-law were whipped out. I contacted Steve at 8 am on Saturday. He immediately gave them access to the house at 9am. This is way above and beyond. Steve came through when we were in desperate need as a family. There is not enough ⭐ s to give Steve and this amazing property and location. Respectfully, Kelly
