Scrupulously clean, comfortable and with enough space for two even though I was travelling alone. Host Riccardo was great to deal with. Good communication and helpful with directions as well as suggestions for restaurants and bars that proved sound!
Fantastic location. Walking distance to prime locations and vaporetto stops close by. Local shops, restaurants and bars. Just a great place from where to explore Venice.

Excellent location away from the busy tourist areas, but not too far from anything. Riccardo was an amazing host, explaining anything we wanted to know about Venice as soon as we arrived, including directions for using the water bus to get to the room. He offered his personal recommendations for wine bars and restaurants in a thorough detailed list, to help us avoid the tourist traps and find the best local food. Every place we tried from his list was amazing. The room itself was very nice and clean, easily accessible from the street on the ground level.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a great neighborhood that was close enough to the waterfront but also quiet enough to feel like I had my own corner in a Venice full of tourists. It was very close to the Biennale (which I was mostly there for) and also to Piazza San Marco. Riccardo was the perfect host. He was very attentive and also helpful with information with the apartment and with recommendations. He was the best with helping me when my flight got cancelled and I had to arrange to stay for another night. I cannot recommend this place more.
