L'emplacement est super. Céline est disponible , répond rapidement et donne de bons conseils. Le linge de toilette sentait bon :) L'appartement a un joli potentiel.

La propreté du logement n'était pas satisfaisante. Peut-être parce que nous avons réservé la veille pour le lendemain. Le sol était sale (les genoux de mon fils à 4 pattes en témoignent). Les meubles étaient "gras", il a fallut refaire la vaisselle des verres et des couverts. Le sèche serviette était très poussiéreux, impossible d'y poser une serviette (mais il y en avait un deuxième en bambou).Il y a de la moisissure et une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Le frigo était trop froid et notre premier repas à carrément congelé. L'étagère sous la TV, le bar et un des fauteuils étaient instables. Il y a aussi l'odeur du restaurant d'en bas qui flotte en permanence mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte.

The apartment is in a building that has a burger restaurant and all the odour enter to the apartment. The entrance soil is greasy. The apartment is good.

Good location in the beautiful old center of the city in a charming old building. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. Windows kept the outside noises out efficiently so nights were quiet (except for some noises from neighbors and the stairway when windows needed to be kept open to create air current at night as there was no AC; when we visited the days and nights were really hot). The host suggested some nice places to visit around Montpellier.

When we arrived the indications to find the apartment and get the keys were sent only in French which made it a bit tricky to find the place, especially when being tired from the travelling to the city.

Excellent location. Nice arrangement and responsive host.

This is just a recommendation. Go directly to the parking in Le Corum if you arrive by car. Do not try to drop your luggage at the apartment first. There is no place to stop the car in the street, not even momentarily.
