Amazing place to stay! Very clean and had everything we needed for 8 people. Was very close to downtown and accessible to stores and restaurants . I will definitely stay there again.

Exceptionally clean, super well-stocked, excellent location, roomy, comfortable, well organized.

The house was great for 8 Ladies getting in on the Derby festivities. Mary provided extras such as lotion, soap and shampoo. Appreciated by all. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating areas to accommodate the group. Enjoyed the garden outside, the enclosed porch and the living room. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for downtown activities. Many times we all commented how great the house was. Thanks Mary

Great location

Stayed at Crescent Hill for a family Christmas celebration, and the house was ideal for our needs. Plenty of space for all ten of us (six adults and four children) to spread out and be together; extremely well appointed house (everything we needed seemed to be there; this is the first VRBO rental in a long time in which we haven't had to purchase small but necessary items such as tissues, napkins, paper towels, etc. after arriving); and an excellent location (just down the street from a major grocery store, fast food options, a restaurant district, and unique Louisville attractions). The rooms -- especially the kitchen (easlity accommodating all three cooks in the family at one time) -- were spacious and laid out well. In addition, there were plenty of entertainment options (5 TV's, Netflix, etc.) to satisfy the tastes of toddlers through adults. I cannot say enough good things about our hostess Mary. For one, she was kind enough to decorate the house for Christmas. She was also so gracious in considering some last minute changes to our guest list and other potential needs that arose just before our arrival. She also put up with my barrage of 'worry wort' questions throughout the rental process with grace and aplomb. Though we never met her, we felt as though she was right there with us in all the best possible ways. If you are traveling to Louisville for any reason, I HIGHLY recmmend Crescent Hill to you. You will definitely be pleased with every aspect of this wonderful property!

We absolutely loved the house, how it was decorated, where it was located, how clean everything was. It could not have been nicer. Mary even left us a tray with fruit, teas, oatmeal etc. Great hostess !!

The house was in a lovely, safe and accessible area. We loved the Main Street with small cafes and shops. The house was very welcoming, had all that we needed and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely, fully renovated home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable. All amenities provided. Back yard and sunroom are both charming spaces. House is full of character. Mary is wonderful. Provided welcome letter which addresses all details of the house. You feel welcome the minute you arrive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this lovely home

My daughter's bachelorette party. 5 women came down from Cincinnati area for 24 hours and it was just an outstanding property and Mary was beyond accommodating! You will definitely see us again.

I stayed at the house Sept 19 - 23 with three lady friends. The four of us loved the house! And the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and simply lovely. The house was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. It had everything we could have needed or wanted - abundant towels, appliances, kitchen things, even Netflix! We've been travelling together for ten years and have always stayed in local homes. This was the best one so far.

Mary was great to work with for our 4 night stay. Will return asap.

The home owner thought of a lot of little things for the traveler. The house had shampoos, conditioner, soaps, and such and worked well for us.

Super clean, beautiful home, plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Mary thought of everything, from the coffee, tea and oatmeal in the kitchen to super plush towels in all the bathrooms. Everyone raved about how nice the home was, and I think we made some converts to VRBO ! Looking forward to staying again next time we visit Louisville. We could not have been happier or more satisfied with our accommodations. Thanks again, Mary!

We were just traveling through Louisville and needed a nice, clean place to sleep for the night. WOW!!! We got so much more. Mary was a great source of local information when we needed suggestions for dinner (and ice cream)! She communicated with us beyond what I would expect for just an overnight stay. The house...the house was incredible. Immaculate and well appointed with top of the line towels, linens, etc. Everything you could think about needing, she had thought of it and it was there for us to use. If we ever travel to or through Louisville again, you can bet that I'll be contacting Mary. She is an amazing host!

The home was extremely well kept, had everything you could possibly need, tucked away in a nice little neighborhood but close enough to anything you may need!

The house is located in a great location with unique restaurants within 1 mile. We felt very safe in the established neighborhood. House was very clean and we'll stocked. More than enough dishes, towels and bedding. Owner was very accommodating and informative. We had a bad storm come through that knocked out the power for a couple of hours. The owner texted us to let us know where flashlights we're located. We will keep this property on the top of our list if we visit Louisville again.
