Comfortable room and bathroom, nice outdoor area and gym, wide selection at breakfast and helpful staff in all the restaurants

Prices for everything seemed excessive (especially breakfast), strange humming noise in my room not related to ventilation

The service was very slow! Every single thing is over charged (even water they do not provide it for free at the restaurant). Very noisy!

best location, very nice amenities and clean rooms. the staff was amazing at the reception, conciergerie, the market, at breakfast!! chef hani’s menu for dinner/lunch is really nice.

The heating was not working; the bathroom smelled like sewage; they moved me to a new room; the heating was still not working; tv not working (they tried to prepare it, still not working) USB wall charging was not working. Room service food was bad quality, french fries were unavailable, and other items were unavailable. I will never go again. This was my third visit in a month.
