Staff were excellent. The hotel, overall, was great, albeit that it's probably due a bit of a refurb. Very good value for money though. Bar food was good.
I experienced excessive noise in the first room I was assigned, but the reception staff moved me into another room a couple of floors down and this was a lot quieter. The shower trays were a bit unstable: it was like showering on a small trampoline.

Our 3 days stay in this hotel was above our expectation. Absolutely lovely stuff who made our stay unforgettable starting from free shuttle from the airport and gift packages of Ethiopian coffee on arrival, delicious breakfast and SPA center with great aroma massage and sauna. Room was clean and tidy with super comfortable beds!
Also, we loved the location from where is easy to get to main attractions. Also, just round the corner there are a lot of restaurants. Would love to come back to this hotel again!

The location and the manager and staff are really nice.
Loved the free coffee as well.
1. I did not appreciate the fact that water seemed to be running low.
2. There is an atm to withdraw but I cannot pay any bill with Ethiopian burr that has been withdrawn from the atm unless I have an ID.
3. The airport shuttle came quite late and I was very close to missing my flight despite me booking it the night before it arrived 40 minutes late after being told it would be here in 5 minutes. Totally unacceptable.
