We had a wonderful stay!! Beautiful location. We stayed here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and we were overjoyed by the beauty of Tahoe and the accessibility of South Lake Tahoe area from this location.

When we pulled up to the property my husband gave me a weird look. From the outside, it looks a little odd like a motel, but I asked him to have an open mind and the second we got in the condo he realized his initial impression was incorrect. This place is so cute!!!! You can't beat literally staying on the water and the living room could not have been cozier. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep on the couch the first night. The fireplace is wonderful. They had all the amenities we needed to whip up breakfasts and dinners. The cable service was great. They have movie channels for lounging after long days of sightseeing. I can't forget to mention the super comfy bed. Made me feel like I was at home. This place is a hidden gem and we will be back!!

Big TVs with all the channels you could want. Beds were comfortable. Close to casinos and Heavenly. Didn’t use kitchen but fully stocked with any utensils/ pots/pans you might need to cook with.

This property exceeded every expectation. We wanted lakefront and the lake literally comes up to the condo! The views were insanely beautiful. The property owner made sure that we had everything that we needed for a great stay. Very obvious how much care goes into making sure guests feel welcome. Communications are great (sorry I failed you, Karla and Rhonda at the end - missed your last email ). The condo is located in a quiet community, but with lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you very, very much for offering your home!

What a wonderful weekend right on the lake. The views were incredible in the home was decorated so warmly with everything we needed for a terrific weekend included. We would love to come back again to this special condo.

We had a great stay at this property! Rhonda is a wonderful host. The king bed in the master bedroom is super comfy. In the second bedroom, the queen bed near the window is softer while the one near the closet is a firm bed. We loved the adjacent open space for walking along the lake. We look forward to returning this summer!

Came here to get out of the house and get a change of scenery.Well the view was awesome. I worked while she got to curl up and read. I got to watch the geese in the morning enjoying my coffee, very peaceful. Place had everything you need to cook here, in fact I wish I had some of the appliances at my home !We will plan to make this our go to escape in Tahoe.Thanks Rhonda Vince

Very nice place. A little older, but well maintained. Main heater failed on last day, but owner was very proactive. We would def return any time!

It took some serious convincing to get our family out of the condo for any reason. You just didn't want to leave the view and the comfort the home offered. Beds were so cozy. Our teen daughters enjoyed stretching out in their own queen size beds in their spacious private room. We were spoiled in our master with the view and sound of the lake. Downstairs in the livingroom, we were just as comfy. We all kept talking about how we would buy the exact same couch if we knew what brand it was! The gorgeous views from the livingroom and dining area were breathtaking. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals. Our girls had fun building miniature snowmen on the balcony and we took so many pictures right from the deck. Tahoe is so magical. We were married here years ago and love to return to different vacation rentals, but this one is by far one of our favorites. I would love to return.

We couldn't have loved our stay more. Spotless, with plenty of space for our family of 4. Room to store our bikes and kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The view was incredible and you can't get closer to the lake. We loved the pier and swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding just steps from our "home". Neighbors were friendly and peaceful. Location was tucked away and quiet, but a short walk to beaches or food. Love love loved our stay!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Easy to rent

I have stayed at this property multiple times, the location is perfect, close to everything, and stunningly beautiful. Every morning you wake up with the most gorgeous view of the lake outside of floor to ceiling windows. It is always exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the property owner's are exceedingly kind and hospitable. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Tahoe!

The townhouse was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The views from the home are spectacular. Clean, warm, safe and in a great location. All we needed was clothes and food. Great vacation. Thank you Rhonda!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by the friendly neighbourhood mascot. The locals were super friendly and we met some fun locals at the tavern not far away. The property is absolutely beautiful and the sounds of the water at night put me to sleep. Loved that we could barbecue our steak and have a cozy meal with the fireplace right here. Witnessed the biggest rainbow I have ever seen 🌈� over Lake Tahoe before the storm. A very special place; excellent location and this will be a holiday I will never forget. Coming from the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, the views and just being here in Lake Tahoe is so different and wild from where I come from. Would highly recommend Rhonda’s peaceful and stunning lakeside retreat. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

What a beautiful home. Rhonda has made sure that everything you could possibly need is here. We got married here this weekend and couldn’t have stayed any place better on this earth. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us for such an important day in our lives.

My goodness, we wish we would have reserved for a longer period of time. Although the pictures made the place look much bigger than it actually is, it still was PERFECT for our annual girlfriends trip. The view was outstanding. Construction along the main street was a little irritating, but thank God for GPS, we took the side roads😉 All in all, we wish we would have stayed longer. Quite, all the amenities anyone could ask for. Check-out came waaaaay to fast, but we truly enjoyed our time here and our 1st time in South Lake Tahoe. Thank you Rhonda for everything. Your home has played a great role in our tradition.
