A few suggestions that would have made our trip better and should be rectified in the future if continue to list property as high-end: not enough bath towels in the bathrooms & no extras in cabinets, a window that could not be opened(broken), and only one-ply toilet paper in bathrooms. Also, the addition of throw blankets would have been wonderful and especially useful when on the outdoor deck in cooler weather. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

This property was exceptional. We went with a family group of 7 ranging from 12-68 years old. This home was perfect. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The view was spectacular. The house was well equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras!! The location was perfect. Just minutes to shopping, restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend!!

The homes in the Peak offered everyone their own space as well as room for all of us around the table for meals. You cannot find a better view of Lake Tahoe anywhere around. You will also enjoy the pool and hot tub and the grassy play area facing the lake. Don’t stay anywhere else.

The property was as advertised...gorgeous lakeside views in a very private, quiet neighborhood. There was an incredible master suite, large living room and kitchen area with all the kitchen items you would need, plus a bonus room on main level where kids could go and play or watch a movie. There were some toys, games and books for kids even though they didn't mention that. We ate out on the patio and enjoyed the serene view and cool mornings and nights. Due to the water runoff from last year, there was no beach right off the steps...they usually have 20 feet of beach, but just a short walk to the right (through the water or around on the street) was a nice little beach. Water was clear, clean and perfect temp. There is a big carpeted staircase at the entry to get to the main level and then 3 steps and another staircase up to the top level so if you have small kids like we did, I recommend renting the baby gates from them. We also rented high chairs and pack-n-plays so we didn't have to bring them and they were there as promised. They management co was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions or needs. There is a Safeway in walking distance which is super convenient. We did run out of trash bags because there were 10 of us and not that many to start with but that is super minor of course. Also, there is no smoking so the guys were bummed to not be able to sit on the patio and smoke a cigar. Overall a 10 and we would definitely go there again!
