We only stayed for the weekend but had a great time and enjoyed it. The view was beautiful and even got to see some bears. There was a few things that could have been checked prior to our arrival. There was no gas for the grill, the cabin was a little dirty. There were cobwebs in the upstairs bathroom. The stair railing was loose and the pool table was in bad shape. Other than those few minor things, we really enjoyed it.

Large space, nice view and a local, daily bear sighting around the driveway / ground floor area. The floors could be a bit cleaner, and a few doors close better, but otherwise everything functioned as it should, linens and towels were fresh and we enjoyed the cabin. Thank you!

Great place and view. Main issue was the leak in the shower. I caused us to only use the bottom shower, which had no pressure. Other than that it was a good stay. We reported the leak and it was fixed with some caulking, but we felt uncomfortable using it because I was pretty sure it would continue leaking, and personally can't destroy such a great place. Needs a new tub.

The area is very nice with plenty of room in the cabin. EVERYTHING else was very disappointing, The pool table is broken, The other games weren't as bad as the pool table but broken as well. The worst thing was after one of my grandchildren had a bath we drained the tub and water leaked into the light and on the floor in the lower floor bathroom. Trying to call the office was a joke no one answered or returned my call which is a shame because I would've come back had they handled this appropriately

We loved it here its very secluded, the driveway kinda sucks in the rain but over all the best house we have stayed in. We got a visit from the bears and make sure you lock your car doors lol we made that mistake and they got into our cars 😂🐻

mouse droppings everywhere, eden crest cleaned all their other properties before coming to clean up mouse droppings, did not really clean the house enough, still have droppings everywhere, master bath is horrible, shower is 2' x 2' and has black mold, master toilet is awful, house is sliding down the hill, walls are out of plumb, doors will not shut, hvac will not heat the house, it would take too long to list all the problems with this property

Toilet started leaking an hour after arriving. It was fixed within an hour nice quick response. Lock your car doors and keep your eyes open.. We had nighly visits from the bears. Good place to stay we will be back for sure.

The cabin was clean but had a few issues. One issue being multiple things were broken, the recliner in the living room was broken. The bath tub on the main floor had a crack in the tub causing a leak into the downstairs bath room. Most of the doors did not close or was a pain to lock. Now with all that being said we still had a great stay. The checkin process was easy, they let us check in an hour early. This cabin was very reasonably priced.The view from the cabin was great. Being only 8 min from downtown was great. The management team for this house was very nice and sent maintenance out quickly for the water leak. We enjoyed our stay and understand somethings our out of others control. Overall 7.5 out of 10!

A few property issues
Property was clearly undergoing some work but had some small issues. The turntable in microwave did not work, this will end up causing a fire. No chains on lights and fans in living room and more important upstairs where very hot. Door between rooms in basement had been removed Making sleeping arrangements wierd. Bathtub overflow in 1st floor isn't hooked up right and when bathing toddler, tub overflowed into bathroom below, big problem.
Beautiful view and area. Was near a bears den so lots if bears walking by and on deck, would be good to put info on this specific in the cabin.

The view was an amazing view. Location was high enough up but easily accessible to town. The layout was perfect for a family get away. Main floor was large enough for everyone but had separate areas to retreat to when needed.

Our stay was good. Property was as pictured and clean. The only con was there wasn't enough wash clothes for 9 people for 2 nights. We prefer not to do laundry for a short weekend. We would stay here again.

I have never left a bad review even if it only met a few of my expectations. However from the moment we walked in disappointment followed. My first phone call was a few hours after arrival regarding pool passes. I was told that they weren't necessary, only later to find out from the pool attendant they were. We explained to them we were told different and after much discussion they did let us in.
The overall condition of the property was poor. Gutters were missing down spouts which allowed the rain to pool on the deck area. We did have rain and the gutters overflowed due to the debris. There were 3 vehicles in our party it would barely fit these vehicles. Inside the cabin the furniture was worn. Downstairs in the game room the carpet was stained and torn. A chair that was present was broken and should be in the trash, not in the cabin.
Pictures were deceiving. The pool was 2.5miles away,not near the property.

Beautiful view! Not as clean as I would have liked, but it served its purpose for lodging. I’d stay in the same area again. My kids were disappointed that you have to drive to the community pools which weren’t within walking distance.
That said, if you want a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy the views, including bears, this could be the spot for you.

I think that there needs to be a sign up to remind people to lock car doors my daughter had to get in her car Saturday morning and forgot to lock it and a bear got in the car ,,,
But all in all I would love to come back and stay longer cause we all so enjoyed it so much ...

My family had a wonderful time. The cabin was so comfortable and well stocked. EVERYTHING we needed was there. A few repairs are needed; Irons, toaster, and heavy dust. But that was minute compared to the overall experience. Wonderful time.

Ok, but not worth the cost.
House is in fairly rough condition. Wallpaper pealing off walls, Both upstairs and second store showers leak into floors below. floor around the 2nd story balcony is coming up due to doors leaking and that entire wall leans inwards so the doors swing open quickly when you open them. The recliner back was completely broken. House had old spider webs throughout. Definitely not cleaned well, just as the other reviews had stated. Beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the games. We seen bears every day of our stay.

Million Dollar View Delivered Million Dollar Review
We went through the cabin when we first arrived and sure there was wear and tear on a few things but everything was so clean and ready for our family to arrive. The beds were super comfy and no bugs inside at all. We loved spending time on the deck and hot tub! Short drive into Gatlinburg and convenient to Pigeon Forge as well. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful Getaway
The description of how beautiful the view is is very accurate, we had issues with the TVs downstairs and was without it the first 2days , we had a small leak in downstairs toilet but we fixed it, everything was clean except the fridge had an fish odor we also cleaned it but couldn’t get it out (it needs baking soda inside) the manager was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at communicating with me and getting things taking care of!! We did have an amazing time and unforgettable memories! We would stay again especially if the small things were taking care of! ~The Keel’s 2020 vaca~
