The cabin is really nice. Like others have said - the management company is where it falls short. The listed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. When you call they tell you check-in "begins" at 4 pm, but the cleaning has to be completed and an inspection completed. We were able to check in at 5pm or maybe even a little later than that. No dishcloths and no washcloths were left for us. I called our second day to report this at 9 am. Was told the crew begins work at 10am and give them 2-4 hours to respond. I called again at 4 pm and finally had washcloths and dishcloths around 6 pm. The floors could use a swifter. The straw broom just doesn't quite clean them well enough. I believe the sand getting in the floors is coming from the shuffleboard table in the upstairs loft. The Beds were very comfy. In the loft there is a trundle bed - so one twin over a pullout twin. The top twin did not have the braces needed and the slats would not stay in place. Location was great. It is a very steep drive-way - and in-fact, i slipped off the side of it because of the wet leaves and had to get a tow truck to pull my car out of the ditch. :(. When I braked - the car slide as if I were on ice. That was a $200 start to our trip. Hot tub was nice and we got to see a family of 4 bears one evening. Also - the toiletries are a starter pack, so bring your own. You will need additional toilet paper and dish soap, and bring your own shampoo and bath soap. (I always do this anyway).

When we arrived the back door was open and there was leaf’s in the house, there is a back screen door just leaned up on the back deck, the hot tub is not working even after contacting the property manager and them saying they were going to send maintenance out 3 days later it had not been addressed. The sheets weren’t all the way clean but they did bring new sheets and towels. Only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, the dishes needed to be cleaned better there was food and stuff still stuck to the side of them.

It was great, very clean, had everything we need to cook (utensils) tv in every room, with Netflix, the hot tub was amazing! I really recommend this place if you want to have a nice time in Gatlinburg.

The cabin was great, where it fell a little short was the management company. We arrived to dirty towels and bedding, and dirty floors. The company was applogetic and nice but very slow. I ended up cleaning myself.

Very cute house, roomy, location perfect, comfy beds. I was disappointed in the check in. I had to call and sit in the phone for an hour waiting to get instructions for check in. This was after our check in time. The house was not as clean as I would like. Especially paying a cleaning fee for 3 nights. Cleaning people should spend more time in the bathrooms. Dirty with hair/sand/debris. I cleaned before we used. The floors were very dirty with sand and stuff. I swept before we loaded our stuff in. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the house was spacious for us- only 4 people. Hot Tub worked great. I would stay here again but would request the bathrooms to be cleaned.

Check in was ridiculous. The "communal" pool was about a 10 minute drive away from my rented cabin. Ran out of some toiletries called for more and was told to go buy some if more were needed(toilet paper, dish detergent) House was nice and clean just all the other was a bummer. Had seven people in a house and not enough towels were supplied for the seven day stay called for more and got them the next day...

Very nice property. We would like to stay there again. We were able to see bears from our balcony and windows multiple times during our stay.
