We stayed here for 3 nights as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. The place is very clean and close to Little Saigon where our main interest was. The bathroom is very big and comfortable to use. There was a little issue with the hot water the second night but the host, Mai, was very prompt in finding and fixing the issue. We love the owner's responsiveness and hospitality. We would stay again.

Just a perfect place to stay. Not far from Disneyland and we went to multiple places from this location. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

If you’re looking for a space to stay near Disney that is convenient and a great value, this is it. 😊
The suites are private, in a garden terrace behind the main house, and secure with gate codes for the garden area as well as the suite.
Lovely expansive bathroom with both a large soaking tub as well as beautiful walk in shower.
The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the oversized “mini” fridge and microwave. You’ll need to bring plastic utensils and plates, as there’s no kitchenette, but a nice place to heat up leftovers.

Everything was great. My parents enjoyed the stay.

Host was good about responding to messages and the room was clean and tidy. The neighborhood seemed decent and we didn't feel insecure when getting back from the parks at midnight/1 am.
I say not quite 5 stars because there was no place to set anything down other than on the beds or on the couch and a few things were in need of repair (the coffee table was very wobbly and the shower door didn't close all the way).
Despite those minor inconveniences, the room was an excellent place to sleep and clean up while on vacation.

This property was wonderful, quiet and beautiful! The room is spacious and well kept. The hostess was very nice and answered any questions I had. Very close to store and even Disney. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Little oasis in the urban jungle. Would return.
Pros: We found it to be clean and slept great! Close to Disney, Plane and Train via Uber... our longest run was to Newport Beach. There are some limited grocery, restaurant, personal service businesses within walking distance. Come and go as we please through coded gate and then coded room lock.
Cons: No soap for tub, owner was a little loud in the evening - yelling at a cat or something - the unit is attached to primary residence with own entrance, so sound carries a bit. Water boiler available, but no instant coffee or tea.

The rental space is clean and spacious. It was easy to communicate with Mai who always responded promptly.

Will definitely stay again and highly recommend for small friends, family group. Lyft rides to Disney were average $15 to $21 each way and roughly 15/20min depending on traffic. Very nice neighborhood as well and quiet. Room is very clean as well. 🙂

The place had two queen sized beds & a pull out sofa. Really nice bathroom with large shower and big soak tub. There was a little refrigerator but it didn’t stay very cold. My husband and our three year old son had plenty of room and all the accommodations we needed. There was a minor ant problem that I only really noticed in the bathroom but it wasn’t so much that it ruined our time there. A/C was a little challenging to figure out but just play around with the remote underneath the TV. Disneyland was less than 10 minutes away & Huntington Beach with about 15-20. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

I loved it I have no complaints whAts so ever I will definitely stay there again , the beach was so close the host was so sweet helped me with whatever I needed the property was so pretty I took pictures outside with my friends I loved everything about the stay
