Great Value for Money and good location, as it was what I was looking for. Staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Internet connection works very well. For my next visit to Lisbon, I know where to stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, and aircon was great. I had everything I need for a one nights stay

My stay was very disappointing overall. The noise isolation was extremely poor, making it difficult to rest properly. I could hear somebody snoring from next door. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly. The carpet in the room was in a very dirty and unpleasant condition, and the pillows were outdated and uncomfortable. When we asked for a spoon to eat a yoghurt, the staff refused, saying we were not allowed to take it to the room. The response from the restaurant staff was quite rude. Parking costs £15 per day, and I have never been somewhere where you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
