Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice location.

Upon check in (4:30-5:00 pm) I asked for a box breakfast. Receptionist acted like it was a big deal. She said she would see what she could do that I should have asked earlier but she will leave a note for her colleagues. We didn’t get one. 😔

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Overall I recommend.

The location is a bit off center. However, public transport is not too far.

Breakfast was nice. Should be kept warm throughout the morning though.

Bathing towels were new and removed way too much fluff. We then received old towels which had stains.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sind modern und die Betten sind bequem. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus ist geräumig. Die Metro Stationen in beide Richtungen sind nahe.

Has Hotel ist schlecht angeschrieben. Wir sind zuerst daran vorbei gefahren.

A pesar de que tengo un mail con la confirmación de 3 plazas de parking, nuestra sorpresa fue al llegar cuando parece que tienen sólo 20 plazas y no reservan a nadie las van dando aleatoriamente a medida que van llegando los clientes. Afortunadamente hay un parking público más barato a escasos dos minutos andando. El dinero que nos bloquearon para la estancia, fue bloqueado un día antes de entrar y lo hemos recibido 6 días después de haber dejado el alojamiento. Obviamente pagamos las habitaciones allí. Hablando de estas, la moqueta estaba realmente sucia en las 3 habitaciones y había bastante polvo. De la deficiente limpieza del baño mejor no hablamos. Para terminar, el último día de nuestra estancia no teníamos toallas cuando volvimos a la habitación porque "tenían problemas en la lavandería". Tuve que bajar a recepción porque el recepcionista me dijo en un tono bastante poco amigable, que no iba a subir a llevármelas. Me dió varias toallas de baño, pero al ser 8 personas indudablemente no fueron suficientes. He escrito al hotel con todas estas incidencias y me han respondido, pero en ningún momento me han ofrecido disculpas o alguna compensación por las molestias ocasionadas. Bajo ningún concepto volveremos a ese hotel o a cualquiera de esa cadena hotelera. Hemos ido muchas veces a Lisboa y sin duda esta ha sido la peor. Nos hemos llevado una gran decepción.

La gente muy especial y el desayuno súper bueno y variado.

Lage war gut. Flughafen war ca.15 min entfernt je nach Verkehr. Die nächste Metro um in die Stadtmitte zu kommen war etwa in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr bequemes Bett und ein sauberes Bad.

Leider gab es zu wenig Parkplätze. Das anliegende Parkhaus war überteuert. Beim Frühstück war oft Chaos, es gab zu wenig Plätze die arme Dame vom Service konnte gar nicht so schnell aufräumen und gleichzeitig auffüllen wie der Ansturm war, da sie alles alleine stemmen musste. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung bieten.

Ottima Colazione, stanza della dimensione giusta e con tutto quello che serve, ottima la pulizia, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione a 20/25 minuti dal centro, e molto vicina alla fermata della metro che porta direttamente in aeroporto. Esperienza molto positiva, ci tornerei sicuramente

Il caffè non è buonissimo, ma è così in tutta Lisbona quindi è un difetto accettabile

Bem localizado e café da manhã que vale a pena. Muito bem servido. Funcionários bem prestativos.

Gostamos de tudo: espaço, conforto, limpeza, localização, café da manhã e a cordialidade dos funcionários.

Apenas sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto.

Good value for money. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. Big and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Centrally located, close to restaurants, buses and the underground. Monuments, main squares and the city centre within walking distance. Very nice breakfast with different fresh pastries every day. We were happily surprised that we could eat the delicious pasteis de nata every day!

I liked how clean it was and the fresh smell that was in the hallways on the floors I enjoyed the morning complimentary breakfast And the fact that there was always someone at the front desk there to help you.

I have no complaints excellent service.
