We arrived at Heartseed house to be greeted by Dee and Nigel. From the minute you walked through the door you knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. It was spotless and well decorated. The breakfast was exceptional. It was without doubt the best stay we have had the pleasure of staying at. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
It was all excellent

EVERYTHING!!! My husband and I have stayed in a lot of places but this one has to be one of the absolute best. The hosts Dee and Nigel were absolutely delightful. The house was super warm and cosy. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The breakfast was outstanding. The view from our room was spectacular. The wee touches of shortbread and tissues was so nice.

Can’t fault it.

Amazing location to Dornoch . We had a double room that gave us a sea view. The level of cleanliness was excellent , lots of little touches such as sparkling and still water in room with fresh milk in a fridge, short bread biscuits as well. So much choice for breakfast, cooked to order , amazing. This is by far the bestt Bed and Breakfadt we have stayed at . The hosts Dee and Nigel are so friendly and welcoming , we will recommend staying here to any friends travelling the NC500.
