Condo was very clean. All essentials were in the condo and location was excellent. Would recommend!

Amazing place. Beautiful view of downtown and mountains. Spacious and nicely decorated. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Host was very responsive and friendly.
As per the prior reviews, there are some interesting characters outside because of the shelter across the street but they didn't bother us at all.
Would highly recommend !

I enjoyed this condo, it was a nice change from the hotels I stay at which are double the money and half the size. Not to mention the $50 valet service. On that note the underground parking was a nice touch. Great views, and decent amenities.

The condo is smaller than the pictures suggest. One couple would be fine. The dish sets are grouped in three. It is a 12 minute walk to downtown, that was great. The downside is the homeless sitting around the area, fine if a man is walking alone, but I would not let my wife travel by herself.

The owner was extremely attentive and even checked in with us to see how everything was going. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful view and close to the main downtown shopping area. Would love to stay again the next time we are in Calgary.

Enjoyed the changing views of Calgary even on the smoky day. Appreciated the secure parking and check-in for the condo. Great location and enjoyed walks to downtown and river.

Let me start by saying the apartment is fantastic. It’s so cozy & comfortable. I could seriously live there.
Some things that needed to be noted:
First the process to get the keys to the place. You need to park outside first if you can find near by parking. Then use the call box to get buzzed in, get to the elevator in a certain amount of time to take it to the 24th floor to get the fob ( to garage parking) when you get into the garage’s first door, you need to wait for it to close before proceeding further (yikes, it’s a bad place outside) Go through the next gate ( then wait again). Finding the parking spot was easy enough but finding the door to get in the building was another challenge. Luckily, someone else was down there and we heard a door slam so we followed the sound. This could have been just us not reading directions carefully but this whole keys and parking situation was stressful for both my husband and I. The building is downtown and next to a homeless drug treatment center (I think that’s what it is)
So there are some unusual folks outside. We were not worried about it the owner said they don’t bother anyone. We decide to walk to the liquor store just down the street. It was my niece who’s 22, husband and I. The walk there was uneventful. There were some homeless people hanging out, no big deal. On the way back same group started making rude comments to us and to be honest it was scary. We would stay again for sure. Just not walk outside

Trevor was an amazing host, responded time was pretty quick. We loved the condo itself very comfortable for a group of 3. And we loved seeing the thunder storms from a far, very beautiful.
Although there is an Alpha house across the building, the people there were not any problem… nothing like other cities I been too in the US. The ice cream Nicki and Trevor recommend was 10/10 amazing.

A wonderful condo for our trip to Calgary to visit friends and take in the Calgary Stampede. Great location.
On the nights we were not at the evening show we could sit on the balcony or sofa and watch the fireworks!
We definitely stay here again if visiting Calgary.

The location was perfect for us to attend the Calgary Stampede across the street and walk the half mile to downtown. Condo has great views and nice layout for two couples.

The condo was very nice and very secure. It was walking distance to the Stampede. One negative is that there were many homeless people hanging around and sleeping on the sidewalk.

The owner, Trevor, was very attentive and maintained contact daily. Entrance to the parking garage and building was a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it after a day. The views from the 24th floor are amazing, and the night skyline is lovely. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony and grilled steaks on the gas grill one evening. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The stainless steel appliances seem new. I appreciated the shower products being provided.

Our stay in the Vetro Tower was quite enjoyable. Easy walk to downtown. The views were fantastic, I enjoyed watching the changing light on the skyline and seeing what colour the Calgary Tower would be each night. Communication with host Trevor was great, I appreciated him checking in on us via text to see how we were doing. The condo was very clean and the listing was accurate. There is a homeless program across the street which may be off-putting to some, but we had no issues walking the neighbourhood (we are two seniors). There are lots of restaurants in the area but the condo is well-equipped for self-catering if you prefer to eat in. Thanks Trevor for a great stay!

Cozy, safe, clean.
Bldg hit by storm & all electricity stopped. We climbed 20 flights of steps…..called Trevor…. let him know…. he had already talked to Sup. & workers restored elec & elevators. We loved walking to Prince’s Island.

Our flight was delayed. Trevor was accommodating. The place is nicely kept, very clean. It also has nice views. Need to pay attention to garage entry, safety protocols because of the area surrounding this newer high rise.

My wife and I had a relaxing, enjoyable week. The condo was the best. This was our second time at this condo, which speaks of our confidence in the location. Centrally located, wonderful views, secure parking and relaxing condo.

This property was very clean, upscale interiors, and had amazing views of the city. It was listed as a three bedroom however but actually has two bedrooms, which made it difficult to juggle sleeping arrangements. This was clear after I looked at the listing again even though a mistake was made in the bedroom count. The mattresses were also incredibly hard. However the host was easy to contact when we had difficulty getting into the building and the gym in the facility is amazing. Overall it’s a good property, just didn’t fit our family of two teenagers very well.

Trevor’s place is such a good location. The views are next to none. Crazy good views of downtown and the Rockies! Place is very clean. Had a couple issues but Trevor dealt with everything very promptly and professionally! Would recommend for sure.

Trevor is a good communicator and pleasant to deal with... he responded quickly to every question we had... the condo is comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed our stay there... it's conveniently located for exploring the Calgary area, including several hiking trails west of the city... we highly recommend Trevor's place and we'll definitely stay there again if we return to Calgary.
