This is a great property. Staff is amazing. Rooms/ beds comfy. We were there 3rd week of March, everything was bright & clean just like the pics for us. The pool was very clean, not too packed. There’s a DJ and activities throughout the day. The beach is right there. Chairs start at 50 a set and go up from there for the day. Parking may be the best I’ve encountered at a beach hotel. On the strip, everything is accessible. Breakfast is the normal kind of hotel buffet, weird eggs…waffles etc.

Great location. Close to everything, but far enough away to avoid large crowded areas. Clean and friendly customer service. Great gulf views and beds were comfortable.

It was October, and I was told that the pool was heated. However, if it was, then they need to look at a better heating element. The pool was freezing. I understand in the summer months, but when September hits, go ahead and cut the heated pool on so fall guests can enjoy the pool as well

Ocean and pool view. Beautiful hotel and location. Would definitely stay there again. Very nice to have breakfast included, and don’t have to search out a cafe before you can get your day started, or pay extra at the hotel restaurant.

Hotel bartender on first night was swamped, definitely saw us and spoke to us, but ended up waiting on 2 other groups before us that came in after us. Ended up leaving Dissapointed-no drinks. Next night was a much better experience because there were 2 bartenders.

The location was very nice, the suite was very comfortable, and the staff was very courteous.

The bathroom sink bowl was broken (bowl was actually cracked and chipped). The toilet seat was either missing a bolt or had a broken hinge (it moved from side to side when someone was sitting on it). The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been (there were stains of something that appeared to have been splattered on the outside of the bathtub, that hadn’t been cleaned off). The refrigerator wasn’t working.

موظفه الاسقبال كان مررره سيئه وعنصريه حيث انها بينت انها مجبوره في خدمتي لم ترشح عليه اي شي من الخدمات واخذت مبلغ من حسابي بدون علمي ولم تقلي انها سوف تأخذ رغم اني سالتها هل سوف تؤخذ اي مبلغ من البطاقه قالت لا وهيا كاذبه حيث اخذت مبلغ 180 دولار برغمً اني دافع المبلغ كامل من الموقع ،،، المواقف بفلوس وتقلكً خذ التاك وحطه واذا ما سالت هل ادفع او لا سوف تتفاجاء بان المواقع 20 دولار في اليوم بالرغم ان اكثر الفنادق مجانا وبالنسبه للفطور كل يوم ولهم توقيت مختلف بختصار اسال كل شي حتي وان قالت في اشخاص في السره لا تكترث عشان لا تتفاجئ بانهمً اخذ منك مبلغ وانته ما تدري ،،، بالنسبالي لن ازور هذا المكان. مره اخري لانهم باخذ منكً مبالغ بدون علمك

The staff were very helpful and nice. Fresh breakfast was served every morning. I will be booking again with this property in the near future.

Housekeeping could’ve cleaned a bit better, but it was taken care of immediately upon management attention.

Lack of real customer service. That stuff is important to me. No Good Morning, no How was your stay, nothing. There needs to be creamer for the coffee and not just milk options. Coffee should be available all day and not just at breakfast. The carpet needs to be cleaned.

The location and cleanliness are great! The best beaches in the world!

It was a little hard to manage room cleaning. They scheduled starting with the first day we were there and it would have made more sense to start on the second day and continue every other day after that, but because of the original schedule, I had to call every time. Also, the faucet needed work.

Breakfast was delicious and the view was outstanding.

The breakfast was well done , we enjoyed it while taking in the ocean view. Loved our suite, modern, sleek and comfy. Great family atmosphere.

The elevators were challenging, At peak times the wait was inconvenient. Especially if one was out of service.

I reserved & paid for a one bedroom 'suite' & ended up with a basic hotel room. No 'suite' a hotel room. Staff was very rude about mixup.
