Clean, comfortable and great location!

Neighbors smoked alot on balcony, carried over to our area. We couldn't enjoy being outside as much.

The location and most of the staff was great. The room was great and very cozy!

The guy renting the beach chairs was very rude and it took forever trying to get an elevator.

Staff was rude. The pillows smelled bad. Paying $2000 was not worth it . The extra pillows in the closet had blood stains.

The room was exceptionally clean, and we had all of the items we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking necessities.

if I had to say one thing it would be the guy that puts out the lounge chairs/tents on the beach. He had an attitude when we asked about putting our tent up.

The condo itself was nice, everything you needed. Close to good dinning

Walls were paper thin. Could hear everyone below, above, next to us. The security guy at the pool wasnt very pleasant

Told staff about a problem and they said they would dispatch a maintenance guy but he never showed up and also dryer didn't work correctly

Loved the decorations! It was so cute. The place had everything we needed for our short stay. We wished that we could have stayed longer! The staff was the best part! They were absolutely amazing and helped us anytime we needed with a smile!!

The room wasn't cleaned in some areas. There was no sheets or blankets provided for the pull out couch, and I was disappointed that I didn't know about the renovations to the pool deck before I booked. However, all thay being said. We plan to stay here again!

Everything, location ideal, beach access, pool(s) (one was closed, being remodeled), the actual unit location oil 23rd floor, the entire unit was very adequate for whatever we chose to do, come alone as a couple or more couples, or family, beautifully designed, accommodating in every way, modern, ease of checkin and out.

A little bit of confusion - is it Booking.com or Vacasa.com? Nitpicky - softer toilet paper. Wifi a tiny bit slow as you turn on tv for the first time. Beach/pool towels weren't provided, but thank you so much for the beach chair that comes with! Everything else was perfection - we appreciated having hair dryer, toiletries, tons of bath towels in the unit, a complete and loaded kitchen, a separate dining area as well as breakfast bar, and living room, iron(s) and board, and extra long balcony overlooking the lovely Gulf, EASY access to beach and onsite underground parking (not across the street from building) was totally convenient.
